The post reads: "They don't know it, but a year from now me and my 5-year-old sister would find them wrongfully shot dead in our home – and they won't get to watch me graduate high school, see me walk down the aisle, or even say goodbye." In the eerie caption she wrote: "I miss you guys, save a seat for me in heaven." Patrick was just 16 years old when Kristin and James were shot dead as they slept in their home in Carrollton, west of Atlanta on February 20. Cops say the teenager was in the house during the killings and called police after her then five-year-old sister Jaley discovered their corpses. Authorities also said there were no signs of forced entry and nothing appeared stolen. The teen also shared a video collage of her mom and stepfather on March 1, writing: 'They don't know it but a year from now me and my 5 year old sister (sic) would find them wrongfully shot dead in our home and won't get to watch me graduate high school, see me walk down the isle (sic), and couldn't even say goodbye.' Advertisement In another post, Patrick wrote she felt 'so home sick,' 'missed them so much,' and described her life like a 'horror movie that never ends.' She captioned the video of that post 'Should prob delete later.' In another bizarre twist, true crime TikToker @AllegedlyReportedly claims Patrick reached out to her about covering her parents' murders. 'Why would you ask me to cover a case where you are going to get arrested for taking your parents' lives,' the creator said in a video, showing messages allegedly from Patrick. 'She messaged me on June 3rd and said, 'Look up Brock case.'' So I said, 'Brock Turner? Brock, who?'' the TikToker said. Carroll County Sheriff's Office 'She said, 'Kristin and James Brock.' They're my parents, and out of nowhere, a random Thursday night in February, someone came in my house with me and my five-year-old sister and left my parents for me and my five-year-old sister to wake up to.' The creator — specifying she 'did not know' she'd be arrested for their murders a month later — expressed sympathy towards the teen. Her stepdad's family friend, Kellie Brown, shared that Patrick contacted her to 'speak on her behalf' in a TikTok video about her parents' murders, according to 11 Alive. 7 Patrick is accused of killing her mother, Kristen Brock, and stepfather James Brock, while they were sleeping in February. James Brock / Facebook 'So, Sarah reached out to me on Sunday, and we spoke on the phone and via text, and she asked me to speak on her behalf about the night on 2/20/2025,' Brown said in a video posted to her account. Brown said Patrick told her that she did not hear anything unusual the night of the murders, aside from one thing. Advertisement 'But she did hear James' L-VAD machine, which is his heart machine, that kept his heart pumping; she did hear that alarm going off throughout the night,' Brown said. 7 Patrick is seen giving a tearful speech at her mother's funeral. @sgrace0482_/TikTok Patrick allegedly wrote in the comments of Brown's video that she heard the alarm 10 to 20 minutes before going to bed; however, she claimed it blended in with background noise. Advertisement Even though Patrick has been charged, Carroll County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Ashley Hulsey said investigators aren't ruling anything out in this case, and are pursuing the possibility that more arrests will be made. 'Any information, no matter how small it may seem, could be just that key that cracks this case wide open,' she said. If convicted, she faces life in prison without the possibility of parole.
