Clinton pool to become green space
Last summer, Central Huron council voted to fill in the pool but held off in response to public pressure.
Officials in Clinton say the community's outdoor pool will not re-open.
It was closed in 2022 after falling into disrepair.

Officials had applied for a government grant to cover the $5 million needed, but they now say that grant was denied so the pool will be filled in and returned to green space.
