‘Shivaji statue part of CSMT revamp'
Mumbai: CM Devendra Fadnavis on Monday told the Legislative Assembly that an iconic statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj will be installed at the CSMT station and is part of Central Railways' revamp plan.
CM Fadnavis was replying to a demand to install the statue at the station by UBT MLA Bhaskar Jadhav, who pointed out that the station was named after the Marathi king, but his statue was not there at the premises. The redevelopment of CSMT promises an airport-like experience for passengers. tnn
