Pakistan Launches Remote Sensing Satellite
Israa Farhan Pakistan has successfully launched its advanced Remote Sensing Satellite (RSS), marking a significant leap in the nation's space exploration capabilities and scientific collaboration with China. The satellite was deployed from the Xichang Satellite Launch Centre (XSLC) in China and is set to play a crucial role in national development and disaster preparedness. Engineered by Pakistan's national space agency, SUPARCO, in collaboration with the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) and MICROSAT China, the satellite will provide high-resolution, round-the-clock imaging. It is expected to enhance operations in key sectors such as urban planning, infrastructure development, agriculture, climate change analysis, disaster mitigation, deforestation tracking, and water resource management. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif commended the mission's success, stating, 'Heartfelt congratulations to SUPARCO & the entire team on the successful launch of Pakistan's advanced remote sensing satellite!' He added that the achievement highlights the strength of 'Pakistan-China cooperation, extending beyond borders and into outer space, driven by a shared vision to harness space technology for the betterment of humanity.' The Prime Minister also emphasized the satellite's broad utility, noting its applications for CPEC and data-driven solutions in agriculture, urban planning, transportation mapping, and disaster response. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar praised the engineers and scientists from both nations, acknowledging their exemplary cooperation and unwavering commitment to the mission. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results

Pakistan launches new remote sensing satellite from China
Pakistan successfully launched its latest remote sensing satellite from China's Xichang Satellite Launch Centre (XSLC), said the foreign ministry on Thursday. The launch was carried out by SUPARCO, Pakistan's national space agency, in collaboration with the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) and MICROSAT China. China on Thursday successfully launched a Kuaizhou-1A carrier rocket from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan, sending a remote-sensing satellite of Pakistan into the planned orbit. Bad news for Donald Trump's US as China develops new technology to..., US fighter jets like F-35 and F-22 raptor are now...
US President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping Bad news for US fighter aircrafts: After India destroyed the Chinese supplied air defence systems of Pakistan during Operation Sindoor, which was recently conducted to neutralise the terrorist camps in Pakistan and PoK, the defence industry of China was shamed all across the world. As part of the operation, Indian Armed Forces destroyed many critical air bases of Pakistan including the Nur Khan and Rahim Yar Khan airbases, which reportedly had China supplied air defence systems deployed. However, China is not willing to sit back and relax. Here are all the details about the recent announcement of China and how it is a bad news for US fighter aircrafts like F-35 and F-22 raptor. China unveils advanced military radar system JY-27V In a recent step that has brought possible trouble for US and their growing defence industry, China has revealed a new advanced military radar system JY-27V, which can track stealth fighter jets like the US F-35 and US F-22 raptor. Developed by state-owned China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), the Chinese authorities displayed the truck-mounted radar, capable of detecting stealth fighter jets using high-frequency radio waves, as per a report by Asia Times. Why Chinese air defence systems are failing! Reports also have it that the reason behind the failure of Chinese air defence systems was the lack of a proper detection system and the new upgrade of older JY-27A model, which uses an active electronically scanned array (AESA) antenna, can help US beat high-tech jets of US. As per a report by the South China morning post, China has invested significantly in F-22 and F-35 detection capabilities and the upgrade of the JY-27V radar can be a great source of concern for the US. How BrahMos missiles destroyed Pakistani air bases Union Home Minister Amit Shah recently said that indigenously developed BrahMos missiles destroyed Pakistani air bases while its air defence system, borrowed from China, remained unused, during Operation Sindoor, which exposed its lies on terrorism to the world, as per a report by PTI news agency. Addressing a function here, Shah said while surgical strikes and the airstrike in the past were limited to the Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK), India penetrated 100 km inside Pakistan's border under Operation Sindoor and eliminated terrorists and their hubs.
