Paramount humiliated after capitulating to Trump and settling lawsuit for $16 million
Former Trump senior advisor Christian Whiton has commented on US President Donald Trump's legal win against Paramount. Paramount Global has agreed to pay $16 million to settle against the US President regarding the 60 Minutes interview with former vice president Kamala Harris. 'CBS News ... who knows if they could have prevailed if they actually went to a trial,' Mr Whiton told Sky News Australia. 'They really didn't want what's called 'discovery' going on where Trump and his lawyers could start demanding all these internal communications within CBS because it would reveal that CBS isn't a real media organisation, that it's just another part of the left-wing blob in American media.'

‘Globalist, soft on China signal': Anthony Albanese promotes Australia's independence from US
Former Trump senior advisor Christian Whiton has weighed in on Prime Minister Anthony Albanese promoting Australia's independence from the United States. 'I think you have to look at it as sort of a globalist, soft on China signal,' he told Sky News Australia. 'Maybe it's one that the United States invited because, you know, the review of AUKUS is sort of an own goal situation; it's a little unclear.'

US judges accused of ‘inventing' laws to block Trump initiatives
Former Trump senior advisor Christian Whiton expects the US administration to 'win' against Democrat judges who seek to block the president's initiatives. This comes as a federal judge blocked US President Donald Trump's signing of an executive order to shut down the Department of Education. 'This has really exposed that the mid-levels of the judiciary remain very activist,' Mr Whiton said. 'They are not just interpreting laws, they are trying to invent laws ... or trying to usurp powers that the Constitution gives to the president.'
