As "The Clash" is now on its seventh season, what qualities is Lani Misalucha looking for in the next grand champion? In a recent media conference, the Asia's Nightingale and "The Clash" Season 7 judge said she is looking for someone who would also appeal to the international audience. "Gusto ko na hindi lang magiging appealing sila sa Filipino market but I want them to be somehow magiging appealing din sila sa international scene or international audience. 'Yun ang gusto ko sa akin for the champion," she said. For this season, "The Clash" comes with a thrilling new format where viewers will witness a battle between 12 new clashers and 12 clashbackers. For the first time in the show's history, two batches of Clashers will face off in an all-out vocal showdown. Aside from Lani, the panel of judges also includes Christian Bautista and AiAi Delas Alas. It is hosted by Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz. GMA Network's hit singing competition "The Clash" is back for its new season – louder, bigger, and more intense than ever before. For the first time in the show's history, two batches of Clashers will face off in an all-out vocal showdown. The New Clashers were first introduced last May 28.
