Elsewhere, such as Waitrose, the laundry must-have will set you back an eye-watering £4 - so you really are making huge savings. Perfect for both hot and cold cycles, the elixir leaves no residue - and it comes in a range of fabulous scents. Morrison customers can snap up this purse-friendly product in Summer Bouquet and First Blooms, and the elixir promises to offer ''10x more fragrance'' to keep your clothes smelling fantastic. With a deal that's too good to sleep on, the anonymous shopper got their hands on a whopping four boxes of the bargain - each containing eight bottles, or 32 in total. Showing off their monster haul on the popular Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, the customer said: ''Thanks to all who posted, got my 45p bargain from Morrisons.'' The post, uploaded less than a day ago, has already racked up a whopping 253 likes and 150 comments. But while the shopper may have saved a fortune, not everyone was as happy about them ''clearing the shelves''. Many flocked to comments to slam the shopper, with one writing: ''Looks like you got more than a 45p bargain. Do people really go and buy this many items? ''I can see why you would be anonymous.'' Savvy woman shares how she creates more drying space inside with £2.99 Home Bargains buy & it even works outside too Someone else agreed, writing: ''I'm all for times are hard but to put a post up saying bargain when the shelves have been cleared baffles me as its not in every store its only worth putting on if there is some left for others.'' A third chimed in: ''No wonder nothing left for me today when I went in Morrisons to get some.'' A bargain hunter added: ''Surprised not said 2 per customer.'' The impact of using plastic cleaning products Laura Harnett, founder of eco cleaning brand, Seep, said: 'Many people have switched to eco friendly cleaning sprays and detergents but aren't aware that cleaning tools (such as green and yellow sponges and microfibre cloths) are made of plastic and release microplastics every time they are used. "Microplastic is a huge concern as they are released into our water every time a plastic sponge or cloth is used to wash up or is rinsed out. 'A yellow and green plastic sponge lasts approximately one month and when you see the green part go bobbly that's all of the microplastic coming out of it." 600 million plastic household items end up in landfill every year 13 million tonnes of plastic lead into our oceans each year 1.1 million marine animals die each year as they swallow, get strangled or are suffocated by plastic Luckily for the customer, not everyone was coming after them. One hit back at all those slamming the shopper and wrote: ''I absolutely love when i see people in the comments complaining about how many she bought. ''I'm sorry but the price of fabric softeners (a good one) nowadays. ''If I would have seen that deal in my local shop I would have done exactly the same thing.
