5 hospitalized including 3 children after a stabbing, fire in Logan Square. Woman in custody
Five people, including three children, were taken to the hospital after a stabbing and fire in the Logan Square neighborhood.
It happened Friday morning in the 3600 block of West Palmer Street.
Chicago fire sources said one child was stabbed and was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition. The other two children were taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
A neighboring adult was also taken to the hospital in serious condition.
The ages and genders of the victims were not released.
Fire sources said a woman was taken into custody at Community First Medical Center.
