Bif Naked to debut new music at Timmins' Rock on the River Festival

Bif Naked is set to rock Timmins at the Rock on the River Festival, where she will be debuting her new song 'Champion'. The 54-year-old singer, a survivor of abuse and cancer, says concerts foster community.
