Crest Builder wins RM233mil Sunway project
KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd 's (CBHB) wholly owned subsidiary, Crest Builder Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM233.3mil construction contract from Sunway Flora Sdn Bhd, a member of the Sunway Group. In a statement, it said the contract involved the construction of the main building for the Sunway Flora 2 mixed development project in Taman Mutiara, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. 'The project comprises a 41-storey and 43-storey high-rise block with 686 units of serviced apartments, along with five levels of elevated car parks and various recreational facilities. 'The construction period is expected to span 36 months from the scheduled site possession date,' it said. Crest Builder said the latest contract brought its total outstanding order book to about RM1.7bil, providing earnings visibility over the next four years. 'It reaffirms CBHB's strong track record in delivering high-quality, timely construction solutions,' it said. — Bernama

Crest Builder unit secures RM233.3mil construction job in Bukit Jalil
KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has bagged a RM233.3mil contract for the construction of two blocks of serviced apartments with podium in Kuala Lumpur. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the award from Sunway Flora Sdn Bhd was for a project located on Jalan Tiara in Taman Mutiara Bukit Jalil, Petaling. The duration of the contract is 36 months, with a commencement date to be announced at a later date. Credt Builder said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2025, and onwards.

KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd's unit Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has received a RM233 million construction contract from Sunway Group. The contract, which received from Sunway's subsidiary Sunway Flora Sdn Bhd, involves the construction of the main building for the Sunway Flora 2 mixed development located in Taman Mutiara Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. The project comprises a 41-storey and 43-storey high-rise blocks with 686 units of serviced apartments, along with five levels of elevated car parks and various recreational facilities. The construction period is expected to span around 36 months from the scheduled site possession date. In a statement, Crest Builder said the latest contract boosts total outstanding order book to about RM1.7 billion, further solidifying its construction pipeline and ensuring steady earnings visibility for the next four years. It said the job reflects the group's continued success in securing high-value projects from established developers and reaffirms the company's strong track record in delivering high-quality, timely construction solutions for complex urban developments. Crest Builder group managing director Eric Yong said the company secured the second contract from Sunway Group following last year's Sunway Velocity 3 project. "Securing this follow-up project validates our team's capabilities, commitment and consistent delivery. "With this project, we continue to enhance our portfolio of high-value urban developments and reinforce our position as a trusted partner in delivering quality and timely construction solutions," he added.
