Orlando Bloom gives biggest signal yet he's over ex Katy Perry…after hunky 'single man' debut at Bezos wedding
Orlando Bloom shared two cryptic, philosophical quotes alluding to his split from fiancée Katy Perry just one week after TMZ reported they ended their on/off nine-year relationship. On Monday, the 48-year-old devout Buddhist Instastoried user @taomeditations' post featuring the following quote from Gautama Buddha: 'Each day is a new beginning. What we do today is what matters most.' Orlando - who boasts 7M Instagram followers - also shared daily encouragement from Japanese Buddhist leader Daisaku Ikeda: 'The important thing is to take that first step. Bravely overcoming one small fear gives you the courage to take on the next.' The 40-year-old pop star has made headlines for crying onstage like she did Monday night at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, forming a heart with her hands while saying: 'Thank you Australia for always being there for me.' Last April, Katy (born Katheryn Hudson) teared up while performing her 2010 single Pearl and appeared anguished while singing the lyric 'I let him rule my world.' Bloom hasn't publicly posted about Perry since last September and she hasn't posted about him since November, but he did bring their four-year-old daughter Daisy to watch her April 14th cringey, space tourist trip on Blue Origin's New Shepard NS-31 mission. The muscular Englishman and the 13-time Grammy nominee previously split for 10 months between March 2017 and January 2018, but he popped the question to her with a daisy-shaped, $5M Neil Lane engagement ring six years ago. In 2017, Katy notoriously ranked Orlando second to John Mayer as her favorite sexual partners during a game of 'Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts' on CBS' The Late Late Show with James Corden. Bloom and Perry were first pictured canoodling at The Weinstein Company and Netflix's Golden Globe Awards after-party in Beverly Hills back in 2016. The SAG Award winner previously ended his three-year marriage to Australian model Miranda Kerr in 2013 after welcoming 14-year-old son Flynn, and divorced disgraced comedian Russell Brand in 2012 after 14 months of wedded bliss. Over the weekend, Orlando hobnobbed with wealthy A-listers like Oprah Winfrey and Leonardo DiCaprio at the ostentatious $56M wedding of Amazon executive chairman Jeff Bezos and his mistress Lauren Sánchez in Venice, Italy. Bloom was spotted dancing alongside a a mystery brunette during Ellie Goulding's performance and she was also seen strolling the streets with newly-single Sydney Sweeney. But it's unclear when audiences will see Orlando in David Michôd's Australian-set stoner comedy Wizards! as the A24 flick wrapped production way back in August 2022. Meanwhile, the former American Idol judge is currently enjoying a nine-day break before she's scheduled to resume her 89-date The Lifetimes Tour on July 10 at the Ball Arena in Denver, CO. Katy's troubled tour is in support of her dismally-reviewed seventh studio album 143 produced by Dr. Luke, whom Kesha accused of sexual assault during a nine-year legal battle.

Katy Perry secret fears over safety revealed while ex Orlando Bloom shares cryptic post
Katy Perry has new fears for her safety amid her split from Orlando Bloom - who has also recently shared a cryptic post to his social media. The Firework songstress, 40 - who seemingly hinted at her breakup from the actor on her recent 143 album - filed a temporary restraining order on a homeless man who has showed up at her Santa Barbara home multiple times, per TMZ. It comes only days after it was reported that the singer and Bloom, 48, separated after nine years together and welcoming daughter Daisy, four. In court documents obtained by the outlet on Monday, Katy filed a temporary restraining order against a man named Ross Elliott Hendrick on June 18. Perry has claimed that the homeless man has visited her property various times throughout the month of May and continues to return. The first time he attempted to trespass at her Santa Barbara abode, he was arrested - and her security team stated that Hendrick had a butane lighter and an aerosol can with him. The second time he returned to the pop star's home, the man threw a blanket over the security gate. Katy's security has backed up her worries and agree that Hendrick could pose a potential threat. She has requested that the homeless man not only stay 100 yards away from her, but also her properties, job, car and now-ex Orlando Bloom. The legal documents were filed on June 18 - shortly before it was reported that Perry and Bloom had separated. Also on Monday, the actor shared a cryptic post to his Instagram stories on Monday in the wake of his split from ex-fiancée Katy Perry. The Pirates Of The Caribbean star - who recently partied with A-listers at the Venice wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez - shared a quote from Gautama Buddha to his 7 million followers. The quote that Bloom reposted read: 'Each day is a new beginning. What we do today is what matters most.' He additionally shared a separate slide which had another quote which was titled 'Daily Encouragement by Daisaku Ikeda.' It continued, 'The important thing is to take that first step. Bravely overcoming one small fear gives you the courage to take on the next.' Earlier last week, it was revealed that Orlando and Katy officially called it quits after dating for nine years. At the time, a source told Us Weekly: 'Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable,' while also adding that the separation has been 'not contentious' thus far. 'Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.' The Teenage Dream hitmaker - who is currently embarking on her Lifetimes Tour - was previously married to Russell Brand from 2010 until their divorce in 2012. The insider further added that the reported breakup had been 'a long time coming' and that their relationship had also been 'tense for months.' In the wake of the separation, Bloom whisked himself away to Venice to attend the star-studded nuptials between Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez this past weekend. The actor was spotted mingling with a number of celebrities, including Kim Kardashian and Sydney Sweeney. PR and brand expert Chad Teixeira talked to MailOnline about the split, labeling it as 'incredibly well-timed' for Orlando. 'The breakup has created a brand window for Orlando, and one that he's stepping into with just the right amount of presence. Teixeira added, 'He's not chasing the spotlight, but he's not hiding either. That's a savvy move in today's fame economy and it'll stand him in better stead when Katy's fame is disappearing more than ever. 'From a brand and public image standpoint, Orlando Bloom's recent split from Katy Perry appears to be incredibly well-timed, whether intentionally or coincidentally. 'In the wake of a high-profile relationship that often placed him in the shadow of Perry's headline-making career, Orlando now has the opportunity to reestablish his own narrative, independent of her increasingly complex public perception.' Chad then expressed that Perry has 'struggled to gain traction' in the spotlight and has received 'lukewarm reception' when it comes to her recent projects - such as her 143 album which dropped last year. Teixeira later explained that Bloom 'is not trying to dominate headlines, but he's appearing at exactly the right places, looking relaxed, charismatic, and unburdened. 'The media is responding positively, capturing him enjoying life, socializing, even partying, which feeds into a well-worn but effective Hollywood archetype.' Chad added, 'He's now coming across as the effortlessly cool, slightly mysterious leading man who doesn't need to try too hard. 'In PR terms, this is a textbook soft rebrand, it's low on drama, high on visibility, and perfectly timed to capitalize on a shift in public sentiment...' Orlando was also spotted living single life as he headed to another lavish party on Sunday. He danced the night away following his recent split from former fiancée Katy Perry as a guest on the swanky superyacht alongside 450 other VIPs including likes of Naomi Campbell, Kendall Jenner, Sofia Vergara and Heidi Klum. Fresh from three days partying at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's Venice wedding extravaganza, Orlando headed on board Ritz-Carlton's gleaming 794ft Luminara for its inaugural cruise from Rome. On board, Orlando was spotted dancing behind a glam partygoer as they were treated to an intimate Ellie Goulding gig. Dressed in a Stüssy T-shirt, Orlando was in great spirits as he swayed to Ellie Goulding's stripped back rendition of I Need Your Love. Bloom was also recently spotted cozying up to Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, during a water taxi ride as they headed to the airport following the Amazon founder's wedding this past weekend. While enjoying the festivities, Orlando and his buddy Tom Brady were seen enjoying a stroll through Venice with newly single Sydney Sweeney, 27, who may have been the real belle of the ball. Sweeney, who confirmed her split from fiancé Jonathan Davino earlier this year, allegedly wowed guests with her 'down to Earth' and 'fun' personality, in addition to her stunning looks. A source told MailOnline: 'Sydney apparently is the most sought-after person to be around at the Bezos wedding. 'Everyone wants to talk to her and every guy that has been in her presence has talked about how stunning she is in real life.' The Pirates Of The Caribbean star also seemed to enjoy some flirty exchanges with Kim Kardashian, 44, and her sister Khloe, 41. He was also spotted in a cab with a woman later revealed to be Jamie Mizrahi, 36, who was actually a former stylist for his ex-Katy and Meghan Markle. TMZ reported that Orlando was seen partying following the Bezos-Sanchez reception at the Gritti Palace until the wee hours of the morning with Sweeney, Tom Brady and members of the Kardashian family. The actor first sparked up a romance with Perry in early 2016 - and he later popped the big question in 2019. They welcomed their daughter Daisy in 2020. Bloom was previously

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's wedding plans were on hold for 6 years due to busy careers and Covid
When Orlando Bloom popped the question to Katy Perry in 2019, he pulled off an elaborate and over-the-top proposal, which included a private helicopter ride and secretly flying in all her friends and family for the big moment. The singer, 40, could hardly contain her excitement, proudly sharing the details of his grand romantic gesture and flaunting the enormous flower-shaped engagement ring - believed to be worth $5million - during an interview days later. But, six years on, and it is seemingly a case of 'I'm done' instead of 'I do' for the couple who have reportedly split after weeks of swirling rumors. When the quirky couple got engaged, three years after meeting and bonding over a shared love of In-N-Out burger at a Golden Globes party, they wanted to get married as quickly as possible. But the Covid pandemic forced them to postpone their nuptials, and as time passed and Perry got swept up in juggling her career and being a new mom - they welcomed daughter Daisy in August 2020 - the wedding fell to the back burner. They started to hit a 'rough patch,' and with her massive Lifetimes world tour continuing through December, getting married was 'not on their radar,' the insider alleged. 'They were looking forward to marrying fast after getting engaged and then Covid got in the way,' they said. 'When they got engaged, she was expecting, so everything came fast, and she was looking forward to heading down the aisle pregnant. 'It was actually something she wanted to happen. But with the unknown of Covid and travel restrictions, they had to postpone their nuptials. 'As time passed, she released new music, set up for a tour, left American Idol all while juggling being a new mom. There just wasn't anytime to put a wedding together.' They added: 'The chances of breaking up were more likely than getting married.' The couple started dating in early 2016 and got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2019. 'We went to dinner. I thought we were going to go see some art after dinner, but we pulled up to a helicopter. He asked me to marry him in a helicopter,' a glowing Perry said of his proposal during an appearance Jimmy Kimmel Live days after. 'We landed on a rooftop. My whole family was there, and all my friends. He did so well.' But more than half a decade on, and the two stars have not only not tied the knot, but they have been at the center of breakup rumors. On Wednesday, it was reported that Bloom and Perry 'have split but are amicable,' with a source telling UsWeekly: 'Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.' The source described the alleged split as 'a long time coming' and claimed their relations 'have been tense for months.' The singer was previously married to British comedian Russell Brand. They tied the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony in India in late 2010, but by December 2011 they announced their split. Reports of her split from Bloom come days after Perry was pictured looking extremely downcast while out on a yacht with her dancers - certainly a far cry from the woman who couldn't stop smiling as she gushed about Bloom's lavish proposal six years ago. Perry is currently on tour in Australia, while Bloom has arrived in Venice, Italy for her close pal Lauren Sanchez's wedding to Jeff Bezos. The actor was pictured kissing Kim Kardashian as he greeted the famous family on their arrival ahead of the big day later this week. Bloom visited Perry - who has notably been spotted without her massive engagement rock of late - and their daughter Down Under last weekend, with the British actor spotted walking around Perth with Daisy during her show. Perry fueled rumors that her relationship was struggling when she made a very-telling comment on stage earlier this month. She was performing her 2008 heartbreak anthem I'm Still Breathing in Sydney when she was handed a packet of Tim Tam chocolate biscuits. 'This song is about a breakup, and this Tim Tam saved me,' she told the crowd during the brief interlude. 'Thank you,' she added, before launching back into the track while kneeling down and offering the biscuits to audience members in the front row.

What will happen to Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom's $22m mansion after spilt
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have called it quits after nine years together. A source confirmed to Us Weekly the couple ended their six-year engagement. 'Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable,' a source close told the outlet 'It's not contentious at the moment. Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.' According to the insider, the pop star and Bloom's break up was 'a long time coming' as things between them 'have been tense for months.' The pair share a four-year-old daughter, Daisy and have been apart since the 'Teenage Dream' singer kicked off her Lifetimes tour earlier this year. The game Royal kids are forbidden to play In the meantime, Perry is 'renting out' her Westcott Estate in Montecito, California. 'But her and Orlando have always lived in their other Montecito home as their primary residence,' the source continued. The source added the duo were 'planning on making the Westcott home their family home but plans have changed' and 'have been living apart since Katy has been on tour.' 'They are still very much in touch and co-parenting Daisy together,' a second insider added. 'They aren't making drastic changes for Daisy's sake. They will keep their lives in Montecito. 'They are prioritising stability and consistency for Daisy.' The pop sensation is currently in the middle of her Lifetimes Tour and is due to perform in Australia until June 30. When her tour wraps, however, Perry will return to Montecito — where she and Bloom are in the process of finishing renovations on a sprawling compound that they purchased in October 2020 for a staggering $US14.2 million ($A21.7 million), Realtor reports. The duo were understood to have been carrying out extensive work on the sprawling abode, which is one of two over-the-top dwellings that Perry owns in the celebrity-loved enclave. It's unclear who will take ownership of the property, however records indicate that only Perry's name was on the deed. The 'Birthday' hit maker purchased the Mediterranean-style mansion just months after buying another Montecito abode over which she became embroiled in a bitter legal battle with its former owner. Perry struck a deal to purchase the property from veteran Carl Westcott for $US15 million ($A22 million) back in 2020. Days later, the seller tried to back out of the deal, claiming that he had been under the influence of painkillers when he agreed to the sale. 'The combination of his age, frailty from his back condition and recent surgery, and the opiates he was taking several times a day rendered Mr. Westcott of unsound mind,' Mr Westcott's lawyers stated in court documents. However, Perry's representatives argued that Westcott, a business mogul who founded 1-800-Flowers, had been of sound mind when he agreed to the deal and that he only wanted to back out because he hadn't been able to find an alternative Montecito property to his liking or budget. Their years-long legal battle was finally resolved in December 2023, when a judge ruled in Perry's favour and ordered that the original sale contract — which was arranged via the pop star's business manager, Bernie Gudvi — should be upheld. Perry officially took possession of the home in May 2024. The sprawling compound sits among the Santa Ynez foothills and has eight bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a tennis court, two guesthouses, and a pool. It's unclear whether Bloom was involved in the purchase of the sprawling abode. However, the 'Pirates of the Caribbean 'star was dragged into Perry's legal battle when he was subpoenaed to testify in a trial during which the 'Roar' singer was attempting to claim damages of up to $US6 million ($A13 million) from Mr Westcott. Most recently, it was reported that Perry had made the decision to lease the property to fellow A-lister Chris Pratt and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger. The Daily Mail reported that the couple had recently moved into the dwelling while they finished work on their own property in Brentwood. 'The arrangement suits Chris but it's a bit of a surprise given how Katy fought tooth and nail to get her hands on the house,' a source told the outlet. 'She previously suggested it was the ideal place for her and Orlando to raise a family. 'After all that time, energy and money, it seems unthinkable that they are not going to live in it.' Perry and Bloom began dating in 2016 after meeting at a Golden Globes after-party, where they fought over an In 'N' Out burger, the singer previously revealed during an episode of 'American Idol.' Rumours of a split have dogged the couple for years now; however, Bloom appeared to confirm the latest speculation when he made a solo arrival in Venice for the wedding of Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos and his fiancee, Lauren Sanchez — with whom Perry is also understood to be close friends. One source told TMZ that Bloom is refusing to let the split get him down, claiming that the actor is planning to let his hair down during the wedding celebrations. 'He's the life of the party and he's gonna hit the dance floor hard!' the insider claimed. Currently, it's not known whether Perry will make an appearance at the wedding — having been one of a select few guests invited to attend Sanchez's bachelorette party back in May, alongside Kim and Eva Longoria. Bloom also has a son Flynn with Australian model Miranda Kerr. Kerr has since had three additional sons with Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel – Hart, Myles and Pierre Spiegel.

Orlando Bloom's Viral 2021 Story Resurfaces Amid Speculation That He and Katy Perry Are on the Rocks
As speculation continues to grow that Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry are on the rocks, a story involving the actor, 48, that once went viral is making its rounds again. In 2021, Bloom shared a look into his daily routine for The Sunday Times, revealing he begins each morning checking his smart ring sleep tracker, checking in on daughter Daisy — now 5, and who he shares with Perry — and chanting for 20 minutes. Next, 'I'll read a bit of Buddhism and then I'll type it up and add it to my [Instagram] Stories,' the Pirates of the Caribbean star — who has practiced the religion since he was 16 years old — shared. 'Other than that, I won't look at my phone yet. I don't want to be sucked into the black hole of social media.' Admitting that his breakfast routine is 'all quite LA, really,' Bloom shared he likes to 'earn [his] breakfast' which consists of 'green powders that I mix with brain octane oil, a collagen powder for my hair and nails, and some protein.' Bloom — who follows a 90 percent plant-based diet and admitted sometimes he cooks, but other times 'there's a team of people' preparing his meals — confessed he also eats red meat 'maybe once a month.' 'I sometimes look at a cow and think, that's the most beautiful thing ever,' he explained. The actor, who also dished on having an exclusive deal with Amazon and admitted he liked to 'make an effort' when it involved his wardrobe and refused to wear 'tracksuit bottoms', shared he liked to keep himself busy with hobbies. 'During Covid I started building Lego again. I dip in and out while I work,' he said, per the publication. 'I build mostly cars and find the methodical nature of creating this little thing makes me feel like I'm achieving something else.' Though it seems Bloom's story was meant to be a genuine look into his life, it quickly went viral at the time with many mocking his daily tasks. 'Genuinely thought the Orlando Bloom interview in The Sunday Times was a spoof,' one person wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter). 'Is it really not?' 'Getting massive American Pyscho [sic] vibes from this,' another wrote. 'I won't accept that this isn't satire. He must be practising for a late night panel show hosting gig,' a third quipped. Meanwhile, others respected Bloom's healthy regimen. 'Why make fun of a man who just wants to look after himself,' one fan commented. 'Men need role models like this to normalize self care and wellbeing.' Speculation has mounted in recent weeks that Perry and Bloom have hit a rough patch — however, in photos obtained by Daily Mail, the pair appeared to be together on June 22 in Australia, where the 'Firework' singer performed that night.
