Weekly Days of our Lives Spoilers June 30-July 4: Johnny's Fate, Stephanie's Book Update
Days of our Lives spoilers for the week of June 30-July 4, 2025 tease a supportive dad and a supportive boyfriend. Despite Marlena's (Deidre Hall) and Roman's (Josh Taylor) concerns about Johnny (Carson Boatman) being the shooter, the week will start with EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) insisting his son is innocent. He's vowed to protect Johnny, despite the video evidence he possesses of Johnny confronting him with a gun. By the end of the week, EJ will still support Johnny, no matter how done with his dad he is. READ THIS: Here's who should have written John's (the late Drake Hogestyn) obituary on DAYS. Summer means Salem's teen scene is in full swing, and on Tuesday, Ari (Marissa Reyes) will question Doug III (Peyton Meyer). She's been into him from the second she hooked up with him on her birthday, but what will she have to question him about? Could she discover the threatening photos he was sent, or will she find out about his feelings for Holly (Ashley Puzemis)? Considering Holly is said to reconcile with Tate (Leo Howard) on Thursday, Doug III may be bitter knowing his love is reuniting with her ex. On a less dramatic front, two of Salem's cutest couples are having major moments next week. Mid-week, Javi (Al Calderon) will bring Leo (Greg Rikaart, who is starting a soap opera podcast with a fellow daytime star!) a big surprise. At the end of the week, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) pitches an idea to Stephanie (Abigail Klein), and it must be about her manuscript. An innocent son, a rekindled romance, and a novel idea is to come on Days of our Lives. Here are three major moments to watch out for this week in Salem. Niw that Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) got the okays from both Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Stephanie (Abigail Klein) to publish One Stormy Night, there's only one problem: Stephanie wants her name nowhere near it. Despite the manuscript being the talk of the town, she doesn't want anyone to know she's the one behind it. Luckily, by the end of the week, Alex will have an idea for his girlfriend. While it could be many things, our money is on Alex suggesting Stephanie come up with a pen name to publish the novel under. READ THIS: Here's what's coming up on DAYS. The week will start with EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) defending Johnny's (Carson Boatman), truthfully, now that he learned Johnny wasn't the one who shot him. Johnny's guilt was for holding at a gun his father, but he revealed he never pulled the trigger. However, with the real shooter still at large and a bullet missing from the gun, Jada (Elia Cantu) has placed Johnny under arrest. Days of Our Lives spoilers: EJ sends Rachel away?

Rachel's tummy trouble is fast becoming a problem for EJ on Days of Our Lives, so will he end up sending her away to protect his secret? In the June 20 episode of Days, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) discovered that Brady (Eric Martsolf) knew that Rachel (Alice Halsey) saw Johnny (Carson Boatman) shoot EJ on that fateful night. Since then, the young girl has been plagued by stomach issues, no doubt caused by the stress of her uncle's secret eating away at her. After getting sick ahead of the graduation ceremony, Brady took Rachel to the hospital to visit Sarah (Lynsey Godfrey) for yet another check-up. Sarah figured out that something was bothering Rachel, and it wasn't the loss of her Grandpa John (Drake Hogestyn). Given how close Rachel was to John, Sarah quickly determined that whatever the secret is, it's a big one. Brady assured Sarah that Rachel will continue with therapy, but that's not the end of it. Later, during a girl's night sleepover with her grandmother, Rachel mumbled 'No, don't shoot him' while she was dreaming, leading Marlena (Deidre Hall) to wonder what was going on. Naturally, it won't take much to connect the dots between Rachel's upset stomach — a result of stress — and the fact that EJ is the only person who has been shot (recently, at least) in Salem. This presents a massive problem for EJ, who is working to protect his son from being charged with the crime. EJ will do anything to protect Johnny, but we doubt he'd go so far as to 'disappear' Rachel. Now that Brady, and eventually Marlena, know what's going on with Rachel, it's going to be a race against time for EJ to find a way to get Rachel away from Salem until the heat dies down. This leads us to wonder if he'll propose a grand summer trip for her. Whether it's summer camp or a European getaway, or heck, even a whole summer traveling to theme parks, EJ will likely do whatever he can to get Rachel out of town before too many people start asking questions. Days of Our Lives streams weekdays on Peacock.
