'Fu*k KC': Chiefs hit with racial bias lawsuit, fans stunned over pay gap and wrongful firing claims

Mandatory Credit: Denny Medley-Imagn Images / Denny Medley-Imagn Images The Kansas City Chiefs might be three-time Super Bowl champs, but off the field? Things just got messy. Former player and team employee Ramzee Robinson has filed a lawsuit against the team and the allegations are heavy. We're talking racial pay disparity, wrongful termination, and being blocked from job opportunities after getting fired. Chiefs fans are reacting with a mix of disbelief, frustration, and serious side-eye. Ex-Chiefs exec claims he was fired over false accusations and wasn't even shown proof Robinson, who spent nearly a decade with the Chiefs and most recently served as Director of Player Engagement, says the team unfairly fired him in February 2025. Why? According to him, his boss accused him of attacking a white female coworker and said there was security footage to back it up. But here's the twist, Robinson says he never saw the footage. Despite asking, he was shown nothing and was fired six days after the Super Bowl. Now, he's suing the Chiefs, saying the team's actions were discriminatory and retaliatory. He also says the real reason behind his firing had less to do with the alleged incident and more to do with his push for fair compensation. Lawsuit accuses the Chiefs of paying Black employees less than white counterparts One of the biggest bombshells? Robinson's claim that Black business-side employees were consistently underpaid compared to their white colleagues. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Here's A List Of Cheapest Steel Suppliers (See List) Steel Suppliers | search ads Search Now Undo In his complaint, he says he started at $35K and only hit $125K by 2024, well below league averages for similar roles. The kicker? When he asked for a compensation review, team president Mark Donovan reportedly refused. It doesn't stop there. The lawsuit also points to another example, an African-American woman allegedly denied a promotion and raise while a white woman was later hired for the same role at $80K. Fans online are calling it a 'clear pattern' and asking why the NFL hasn't stepped in yet. Chiefs also accused of blocking his career after firing him After being let go, Robinson says the Houston Texans wanted to interview him. But guess what? The Chiefs allegedly blocked that too. According to the lawsuit, they cited contract restrictions despite firing him already. That move led to an additional claim of tortious interference, meaning the team allegedly sabotaged his future job chances. When reached for comment, the Chiefs didn't say much. In a statement, the team said they maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination but declined to comment on an ongoing legal matter. Legal experts believe the case could either head to federal court or arbitration, depending on the contract language. Either way, this isn't going away quietly. Bills Schedule Boasts Easy Game To Predict

When the NFL schedule was released, teams and fans looked to see who they played and when, with the Buffalo Bills eagerly awaiting the outcome of a couple of their contests. One was the Baltimore Ravens, a team the Bills beat in the playoffs last season, but the other was the main target—the Kansas City Chiefs. Advertisement The schedule dropped, and the Bills will once again face Patrick Mahomes and Co. at Highmark Stadium, the site of their playoff loss (again) last year. For ESPN, this is the "circle this date" game for Buffalo and Bills Mafia. "Yet again, the Bills and Chiefs will meet in the regular season so Week 9 or Nov. 2 becomes an immediate date to circle," ESPN writes. "This is the sixth straight season that the Bills will play the Chiefs in the regular season and the second straight regular-season meeting in Orchard Park. The Bills have won the last four regular-season matchups but lost four playoff games to Kansas City in that span. No matter when or where MVP quarterbacks Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes meet up, it's a game to watch and this year is no different." Mandatory Credit: Denny Medley-Imagn Images Denny Medley-Imagn Images We all know about the recent history between these two, with the Bills dominating in the regular season and the Chiefs dominating when it really matters. Advertisement The chance will come for the Bills to continue their regular-season dominance in Week 9, and at that time, Buffalo, given how their schedule has fallen, could be undefeated. If that is the case, the chance to get a firm hold on the No. 1 seed is there for the taking. Buffalo knows how to shut down the Chiefs in the regular season, but the playoffs are another matter. Still, continuing its recent winning streak against the defending AFC champs will put the Bills in a great position to go on a deep playoff run. Sportsbook sets win total at 7.5 for Mizzou Football in 2025

There are still three months before the Missouri Tigers open the season at Faurot Field against Central Arkansas, yet oddsmakers are always looking ahead. This week, FanDuel Sportsbook released its updated SEC win totals for the 2025 season. The Tigers' total was set at 7.5 wins, a two-win decrease from the consensus line for the Tigers in 2024, and 2.5 wins behind their final total of 10. Advertisement Mizzou's total is tied for seventh among SEC schools, with the Auburn Tigers, Texas A&M Aggies and South Carolina Gamecocks. The Alabama Crimson Tide, Texas Longhorns and Georgia Bulldogs were all tied for the highest win total at 9.5 wins. The Mississippi State Bulldogs had the lowest at just 3.5 wins. The drop in Vegas' expected win total was something that most Mizzou fans could see coming. The Tigers lost a lot of production from key players who helped them to the 2023 Cotton Bowl and produced two of their best seasons in over a decade. Missouri Tigers head coach Eli Drinkwitz speaks to a reporter© Denny Medley-Imagn Images Just a few of the key pieces lost by Missouri on the offensive side of the ball included quarterbacks Brady Cook and Drew Pyne, running back Nate Noel, wide receiver Luther Burden III and offensive tackle Armand Membou. Advertisement Missouri's 2025 schedule includes conference games against South Carolina, Alabama, Texas A&M and Mississippi State at home and matchups with Auburn, the Vanderbilt Commodores, Oklahoma Sooners and Arkansas Razorbacks on the road. The campaign also includes the highly anticipated rekindling of the Border War against the Kansas Jayhawks, which is set for Week 2 in Columbia. With brand new pieces in key spots, it will be interesting to see if the Tigers will fall short of their projected win total or burst through into the upper echelon of the SEC and college football as a whole.
