Mobile police identify man killed after being struck by train in Theodore
MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officials have identified the man killed after being hit by a train Friday.
On July 11, officers were called to the 5900 block of Highway 90 at around 6:25 p.m. in regard to someone being struck by a train, according to an MPD news release. A man was found dead by the officers upon their arrival.

According to the release, officers identified the victim as 36-year-old Devonte Carmicheal.
This remains an active investigation.
