Discover an indoor escape worth savouring this summer at Jumeirah's Savour

Dubai's thankfully got plenty of chic lounges to unwind at. This is one of them. Tucked away in a Villa 505 along Jumeirah Beach Road, Savour is a stylish indoor lounge in Jumeirah 3 that makes a strong case for staying in while the summer heat blazes on. With its lush green, contemporary interiors and flavour-forward cuisine, it's the kind of place that transitions easily from casual afternoon catch-ups to lively late-night lounging, especially when the music kicks in. What's on the menu, you ask? There are bold, familiar flavours with a refined twist. Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian influences come together beautifully on the table here. Expect worldly dishes like truffle arancini, spicy chicken tacos and a stracciatella salad worth lingering over. Burgers and sandwiches lean indulgent – smoked wagyu beef, buffalo chicken, the works. Feeling a little fancy? The gao bao bun or linguine frutti di mare will do nicely. These high-quality dishes are made fresh to order, which is perfect when you're here for a relaxed lunch drop-in or something indulgent during dinner. The shisha lounge is a refined escape, where signature blends and bespoke flavours are enjoyed in a sleek, conservatory-style setting. Glass walls stretch to the ceiling, creepers wind their way up exposed brick and filament bulbs dangle from a ceiling draped in greenery. Every Saturday, the ladies can make the most of Queen Night – a fab offer that includes a drink, a starter and shisha for just Dhs159. The vibe? Always on point, with a DJ spinning tunes and a live percussionist bringing the energy all night long. Looking for your next elegant hangout for the summer? Add Savour to your diary. Open daily 5pm-5am. Villa 505, @savourdxb (04 326 4022).
