WCW legend Eric Bischoff shows off incredible body transformation aged 70 after announcing extreme diet
WCW legend Eric Bischoff left pro wrestling fans in awe after revealing his ripped physique at the age of 70. Bischoff is one of wrestling's greatest legends who revolutionised the sport back in the 1990s as he almost put rivals WWE out of business. 2 2 The American promoter led WCW to a golden era that saw them beating Vince McMahon 's conglomerate on TV ratings for a whopping 83 weeks. The Hall of Famer was mostly a backstage figure, even though he did compete in the ring a few times as WCW President with Ted Turner's promotion and RAW General Manager during his WWE stint in the early 2000s. However, Bischoff was always athletic as he has a background in martial arts, having obtained a karate black belt. But the wrestling figure has never been more fit until his 70th birthday. Bischoff revealed he finally started to commit to a gym routine six month ago, 11 years after obtaining a membership. And the popular wrestling figure added he adopted the carnivore diet, which only allows consumption of meat, poultry, eggs, seafood, fish, some dairy products and water. The ex-RAW GM also teamed up with fellow Hall of Famer and WCW legend Diamond Dallas Page, who has helped other wrestling legends regain peak fitness levels with his famous DDPY programme. And it was during one of DDP's fitness clips that his former boss posed topless to reveal his awesome transformation. Bischoff later said: "I started lifting seriously about six months ago. So I've had a gym membership for like 11 years and I never went in. "Now I'm in there five days, six days a week for 90 minutes at a stretch. "Usually 70 to 90 minutes depending on what I'm doing. I'm addicted now, I can't not go to the gym. 'The hardest part for me was getting my fat ass into the gym. Once I got into the rhythm I enjoyed it. "I went about it very pragmatically, very slowly. I really watched my form, read a lot, watched a lot of videos – making sure I was doing things right. "And I didn't really start kicking up my weights until about three months ago.'

Man reveals incredible weight loss after starting simple exercises in bed
A 53-year-old from Michigan has shed lost 305lb, but it wasn't a fancy diet, a weight-loss jab loss shot, or fitness bootcamp that helped him, it was rolling around in bed. Ken Doers's body was so out of shape, that just doing small rolls back and forth each morning on his back triggered weight loss. From the bed, he progressed to chair exercises which saw him do various bends and stretches which didn't put pressure on his joints. Ken quickly started losing 15lb a month when he dialed in his diet. His wake-up call that he had to lose weight came when he realized he could no longer properly take care of his dog, Lucky. In a YouTube video talking about his incredible transformation, Ken said: 'That day I did my first workout, I realized this is going to work for me. 'I actually felt a difference in that first week I was moving around just doing bed exercises. 'Then I was able to get up and start doing chair exercises... it was quite something. I was losing about 15lb a month it gave me that little glimmer of hope that I didn't have to be in so much pain all the time. 'My goal at that time was... to get rid of my cane.' While Ken was making good progress with his weight loss, he experienced a brief setback when Lucky passed away. He said the grief was hard to handle, as Lucky had been with him for ten years. But despite the heartache, he pushed on and continued with his fitness routine. Ken followed a yoga plan developed by former WWE wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, which involves moves designed to perform in bed, with the activities gradually increasing in athleticism. After doing research online, he found the Diamond Dallas Page Yoga (DDPY) plan the easiest to follow, as it caters to all ability levels. The brand's 'limited ability' plan promises to help participants 'move from your bed to your chair to standing strong on your mat so that you can own your life'. This then progresses to the 'beginner', 'intermediate', 'advanced' and 'extreme' levels. The program also helps participants follow a healthier diet which prioritizes whole foods, fruit and vegetables. Over time, Ken was able to start walking without a cane and he could do various activities he hadn't been able to do for years. He told fitness site Body Network: 'I could put socks on. I could cut my toenails. I could drive my van without the steering wheel rubbing my belly. I could use a seat belt. 'I could leave my bedroom walking forward and not sideways. I could go down my hallway forward and not walk sideways. 'I could fit in the chairs at the hospital. I could fit in chairs at the movie theater. I could fit in the dining room chairs. I could get on the floor and play with my dog. 'I could walk down the steps in the front of the house without fear. I could walk around the house without my cane.' Taking a moment to reflect on where he is now, Ken concludes: 'I am living my best life right now in my 50s. 'I'm a pretty lucky guy getting a second chance in life and I'm gonna do my best to make the most out of it. 'I want people to know you can you can always change, it's how bad do you want to change. 'It's amazing how much heartbreak and pain and anger led to where I'm at right now. So if I can change, anybody can change. You make life how you want to make it.' Many viewers thanked him for sharing his story. One commenter wrote: 'Ken, I started the year off at 326.6lb. Every day is a struggle. 'Literally every day I have to do battles with my demons and watching this video gives me the strength to keep going. Watching this gives me hope. ' Another viewer added: 'I am a 38-year-old woman born and raised in Detroit. I've traveled this entire country teaching mindset and healing. I've met so many beautiful people. 'However, this was one of the most touching stories I've ever witnessed. I literally cried the whole way through. Thank you for sharing.' In an update on his Facebook page, Ken revealed that he was diagnosed with by cancer after losing weight but he didn't specify whether he was now in remission.
