Emmerdale fans convinced soap has confirmed another death after grave clue

Emmerdale viewers believe there's another shocking death on the cards for the Dingles, after spotting something about a recent graveside scenes after Nate Robinson's funeral Fans of Emmerdale fear an autumn or winter death has been confirmed by a worrying scene on the ITV soap. ‌ Just last week we saw Cain Dingle's flashforward scenes from December appear to finally play out. But some inconsistencies within the past and present day scenes left fans convinced a twist was on the cards. ‌ In fact, some viewers now believe Cain's flashforward, initially shown in the New Year episodes, has yet to air after all. It was assumed the scene would be the funeral of his tragic son Nate Robinson, who was killed off in a major twist. ‌ At the time of the flashforward, filmed last winter, we did not know Nate was dead so fans were left guessing whose funeral it was. Nate's body was found a few months ago and his funeral took place last Thursday on the ITV soap. In the episode we saw Cain at his son's grave, mourning the loss of Nate with Tracy Robinson soon joining Cain. This appeared to be the flashforward finally playing out, looking very similiar. The only thing is there were some differences including Cain's facial expression, the fact he was wearing a big coat in the first clip and not in the latest one, and even the position of the graves and the flowers there were different. Tracy also didn't feature in the first scene. ‌ Emmerdale 'lets slip' how killer John gets found out - and it'll happen very soon Now this can all be put down to continuity errors or even the fact that the scenes were filmed in different seasons, and things were being kept secret. The flashforwards would have been filmed around November time, when it was autumn/winter and very cold. This would explain the coat, and the darker sky and the frost on the trees. We didn't know Nate was dead then too, so they would never have included things like the "daddy" flowers. ‌ The whole scene wouldn't match identically surely too, as the former scene was filmed specifically for the flashforward countdown before the actual scene aired last week. But some fans are convinced that the differences between the scenes prove there's another death and a funeral on the cards. Wondering if another scene will see Cain mourn later this year, they think there will be another scene of him in a coat mourning someone that isn't Nate. Fans are now speculating Cain's granddaughter Sarah Sugden could sadly pass away amid her recent health battle, while another prediction is the death of Charity Dingle, the mother of Cain's daughter Debbie. Taking to X, one fan said: "I think it's Sarah's," as another said: "I still think Sarah and I think it will be around Christmas time." A third fan posted: "Not Nate's grave, I think it will be Sarah's." ‌ A further post read: "I'm becoming more and more convinced it's Charity or Sarah's grave." One fan said: "The grave we saw Cain crying over wasn't Nate's. I wonder who it is I'm dying to know now. Unless he goes back to the grave and cries on his own then." It was the coat that sparked the most concern, with one writing: "He's got a coat on in the flash forward... gonna be a autumn/winter episode." Another agreed: "In the flash forward Cain had a thick coat on when he was stood at the grave like it was cold weather he didn't have a thick coat on at Nate's." The comments kept on coming with a tweet reading: "The two scenes are different seasons so have a feeling it be towards Christmas that we see this as there frost on the flash forward scene. The one we just saw is in summer." Other fans were sure it was Nate's though, putting the differences down to continuity or the time of year of filming.

Emmerdale legend warns that plan will 'end in tears' - but a shock follows

Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) has been left worried over Cain Dingle's (Jeff Hordley) desperation to help Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) in Emmerdale. As a result of the hysterectomy she had recently, Sarah can no longer carry a child. The news was so badly timed, as a few hours prior she was excitedly talking to Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant) about him being her sperm donor for the IVF journey. Yesterday, Sarah was back in hospital as a result of Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) losing control of her car. Gabby had drunk an obscene amount of coffee that morning and felt dizzy at the wheel. She fainted, forcing passenger Sarah to try and bring the car to a stop. In the hospital, Sarah broke down to Cain. She admitted that all she wants is to hold a little mini version of her, and hates that she'll have to live with the fact it will no longer happen, as well as knowing her Fanconi Anemia will shorten her life. Cain's heart broke for Sarah. Determined to help, he then suggested that Sarah could look into surrogacy. It wouldn't be the exact same as carrying the baby and giving birth herself, but she didn't have many other options. Once Charity discovered this, she wasn't impressed. Outside, Charity told Cain that he's not being fair by getting Sarah's hopes up, as the plan would not work. Clearly needing a distraction from the grief he's feeling towards son Nate, Cain was absolutely adamant that he would make Sarah's dream come true. In tonight's episode, Cain spoke to best friend and local GP Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) about surrogacy. Unfortunately, Liam said that the chances of Sarah being successful with an agency would be slim, given her illness and everything she's been through recently. Frustrated, Cain relayed this to Charity, who wondered if it was a sign. More Trending But when they sat down to tell Sarah this, both characters could not bring themselves to break her heart again. Instead, Cain lied and said that Liam thinks it's a really good idea. Sarah, who had spent the day warming to the idea of surrogacy, was grateful and felt like there was some light at the end of the tunnel at last. Sarah will not be able to find a surrogate through an agency, but upcoming episodes will see her discover there is another option. Charity will impulsively tell Sarah that she could carry the baby instead – but how will she react? Lisa Riley and Natalie J Robb spoke exclusively to The Mirror recently, and teased some big moments ahead. Mandy Dingle actress Lisa revealed scenes recently filmed gave her "goosebumps" with her in awe of two of her co-stars and their heartbreaking performances. ‌ In the scenes yet to air there will be "mixed emotions" for a number of characters, with Lisa hinting the scenes will give viewers "goosebumps". Just weeks ago it was confirmed to the Dingles that Cain Dingle's son Nate Robinson was dead. ‌ The family found out he'd been murdered and dumped in a lake, where his body was for months before being uncovered. In a cruel twist the family believed he'd cut them all off, with them speaking badly of him for abandoning his daughter Frankie. Now fingers are being pointed at villagers with suspects everywhere, while fans know it was John Sugden that killed him and then covered it up. The cast recently filmed Nate's funeral, with devastating scenes on the way. Lisa spilled: "The funeral is so emotional. It was amazing. There are two performance that when you sit and watch them, and we know the script, we know what is happening, but then you see your colleagues perform... I got goosebumps. "We love that as the Dingles, when someone does a good storyline you go, 'you knocked that out of the park tonight'. It's so nice and you see that, the Dingles will be coming together." Moira Dingle actress Natalie teased "heavy" scenes as the plot continues. She shared of the funeral and what's ahead: "There's emotional scenes. There's some really heavy scenes ahead too. ‌ "There's scenes of confusion, scenes of anger, you get a lot of mixed emotions. But that's Emmerdale isn't it. That's soaps for you." Amy Walsh recently told us that her character Tracy, Nate's wife, will soon unite with Cain to find out who killed him. Amy told us: "Tracy and Cain do a little list together of who it could it be. We have ruled out some people we know." Asked about John, Amy teased: "That was left on a bit of a cliffhanger actually. He's the next name on the list..." Before we get to see the dynamic duo figuring things out, there's some "feisty" and "nasty" moments. Amy warned: "Tracy is feisty. The stuff she gets away with doing to Cain, I was nervous on set! I can't believe I'm doing this to Cain Dingle! "But it's all brilliant, there's such brilliant scenes. It gets really nasty between us and then there's a really nice arc in the story eventually, where things will become a bit clearer. I can't say too much but there is a lot to look out for." Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays. * Follow Mirror Celebs and TV on TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Threads.

Emmerdale star to join BBC soap months after being axed from ITV show

A star of Emmerdale has switched from ITV to BBC in her latest move with the 21-year-old actress set to take on a role in another long-running soap A former Emmerdale star is set for their on-screen return to a rival channel. It comes months after their exit from the ITV soap. Daisy Campbell is recognisable for her role as Amelia Spencer on the Yorkshire-based soap. However, she is switching channels this weekend and will appear on the BBC's Casualty. ‌ The 21-year-old actress will make an appearance on the long-running medical soap in a guest role capacity. The surprising news will see Daisy play the part of Georgina Birch on the show. However, little is known of her role with details being tightly guarded until the day of the episodes. ‌ The latest role is her first big-screen appearance since her Emmerdale exit last year. She had been in the village for 13 years, but her character was axed after all relatives and connections were also gone. Speaking ahead of her exit last year, she insisted the move wasn't her choice. In a chat with us last October, she said the shock decision wouldn't have been the one she had wanted. Daisy, who was just eight when she joined the hit soap as Amelia, admitted she had been secretly struggling since she was called into a covert meeting and told her last scenes would air just before Christmas. She explained: "It wasn't my choice to leave Emmerdale and it was a shock at first. Being in Emmerdale is all I have ever known. I've spent the whole of my childhood growing up in the soap and it felt daunting.' ‌ She went on: "Once they explained, I totally got it. "Amelia isn't part of the Dingles, her dad has left, Samson has gone now and she doesn't have any family. "There is nowhere to take Amelia and I understand that. I feel incredibly lucky to have been in the soap for 13 years and to have been handed so many opportunities at such a young age." Speaking about how co-stars and friends, Rosie Bentham, Katie Hill, and Jack Downham, were the only ones to know about her exit in the build-up, she said: "They were upset for me but so supportive. I didn't tell the rest of the cast my news initially as I wanted the time to process everything. I needed time to grieve the part of Amelia." And she admitted producers took the decision out of her hands, but said they "done me a favour". She added: "I would never have left if they hadn't decided there was no longer anywhere to take Amelia. 'I am glad it was their choice and not mine. I see it as a big positive now because it is such a great chance to push myself, start a new chapter away from Emmerdale and take on hopefully some new parts. I am really excited about what lies ahead."

Cain is left reeling by news in Emmerdale - and it's not Nate-related

Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) has been so caught up in his grief over Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) in Emmerdale that he's so far not noticed what his granddaughter is going through. It's Jacob who breaks the bad news to Cain in the most ham-fisted, Jacob-way possible. He assumes Cain knows and simply blurts it out. Sarah arrives just as Cain gives Jacob the old Dingle talking to – frightening the living daylights out of the lad with a threat – leaving Cain kicking himself as his violent reaction drives a huge wedge between him and Sarah.
