BPD asking for your help to locate missing Binghamton man
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) — Binghamton Police is asking you to help locate a man who was reportedly last seen around May 6, 2025.
46-year-old Donald J. Cioccio-Jarnagin was reported missing out of the City of Binghamton, and was last seen around the time of May 6, BPD said. His current location is unknown. BPD asks if you have any information to contact the department immediately.
Police describe Cioccio-Jarnagin as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 180 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair.
