A source said: 'Kate turned her back on partying in lockdown and became obsessed with wellbeing and healing. 'But now she's gone full circle and is back on the party circuit, it seems the business has hit the skids, too. 'She has called in liquidators and now just wants to put it behind her. "Kate put her heart and soul into Cosmoss, but it didn't work out.' The Cosmoss website — selling products including a £125 Sacred Mist perfume and £95 pots of face cream — is no longer taking orders.

Beyoncé embodied the ultimate Versace muse at the concert, commanding attention in a custom silver bodysuit. The striking outfit featured a reverse sweetheart neckline with double shoulder straps, while metallic gold latches added flair to the inner bralette details. The hand-embellished crystal bodysuit hugged her figure perfectly, accentuating her curves with a sharply cinched waist. A dramatic white belt adorned with edgy, spiked accents elevated the look further. Donatella Versace shared a video of Beyoncé's look on her Instagram. A Mismatched Outfit Is A Key Summer Trend - How To Look Like You've Dressed In The Dark (In A Good Way)
A sartorial insult has become a fashion compliment. Telling someone that they look like they got 'dressed in the dark' is no longer a slur intended to imply that someone looks like they assembled an outfit without the benefit of light. Today, it's a knowing styling approach that's come direct from the catwalk. FIND OUT MORE AT ELLE COLLECTIVE This season, designers are encouraging us to mix and match our wildest pieces for maximum impact. They're telling us to wear our favourites all at once with unconstrained abandon and the art of it all happens in the clash. This means that it might be that you're now wearing a striped rugby jersey, that's been your Saturday morning market pullover for aeons, but with a sequin skirt in a standout colour. Or, there's a floral dress worn with a contrast coat. And not forgetting to complete the look with a further contrasting striped scarf. Both of these formulas lifted from Milanese cool label No21. But this brand is far from alone in putting forward this pile-it-all-on approach for the season. Others on board include Versace, where Donatella mixed prints and textures first found in a 1997 Versus collection. The same happened at Miu Miu, where its archive fabrics clashed with new patterns, and then were paired with chunky loafers and uniform-issue black socks. This idea of 'dressing in the dark' styling makes a timely arrival as we all tire of the polished perfection that's been championed in the 'quiet luxury' and 'clean girl aesthetic' trends. Sure, there's always a moment for minimalism but this look promotes a slightly more chaotic approach that celebrates a creativity and self-expression that had somewhat disappeared in the land of perfectly polite white shirts, navy trousers, and camel cashmere. I'll admit that this trend piqued my interest as soon as SS25 imagery started to land on my desk. The appeal of this came not only in the way that it felt fresh and fun, but also in the way it could (and now has) encouraged me to make better use of my whole wardrobe. I've always had a bit of a formulaic approach to getting dressed with X things bought to be worn with Y and so on and so forth. But with this shake-it-up attitude dictating how I'm re-seeing my wardrobe, I'm doing away with the formulas that once shaped my style. Just yesterday, a Marc Jacobs yellow and brown Heaven skirt was worn with pink M&S cashmere and blue and silver dad-style Asics. Might I have done this before? Probably not, but it felt good to have fun with the clash and get more wear out of what I already have. Nothing was new and yet the combination was so I got that same dopamine rush that a new purchase guarantees. It's made me realise that many of the most stylish people I know (or admire) have long got dressed following this approach, understanding that it's so much more fun to wear all of your favourite things all at once. Chloë Sevigny is on board. A recent look from Vaquera, that despite being lifted from the runway, speaks of this clashing approach. Understandably, wearing this trend for at least the very first time will come with some trepidation. Of late, most of the trends we've been encouraged to try have come with an easy-to-emulate formula that can be lifted straight — think barrel leg jeans or silver shoes. This one is a bit more complicated to try as you wonder how much is too much clash and when does a mix-and-match outfit simply become... a mess. In order to pull of 'dressing in the dark' styling you need to only choose from pieces that you'd have always have worn if they were presented in more paired-back settings. Have fun with your decisions if you are buying something new and choosing bright and bold pieces that bring personality to an ensemble. Ultimately though, there's no point putting on something overtly avant garde if you aren't comfortable wearing it. Like with most runway trends, this is more about the confidence of how you're wearing it than what you are actually wearing. Get ready to rumble in your own jumble. New Boutique Hotel, With 6 Rooms and 60 Workers, Is an Outlier in South Beach

The entrance, a narrow single metal door facing the street, is easy to miss. Once entering, you go down a long, outdoor corridor. Plants are everywhere and bright Miami colors nowhere. The restaurant is the center of this venue, 1350 Collins Ave. Dinner tables in a corridor give the place a Mediterranean feel. But before grabbing a seat, you are surrounded by two-story villas to the front, left, and right. Each of the three buildings has two rooms for a total of six rooms. But there are carefully restored, spiral red oak staircases to take you to your rooms. If you're out of shape, employees will help. If you're fit, take the help anyway because don't want your luggage damaging the pristine floor. About 60 employees work here—10 for each room. While your bags are taken upstairs, you can have a cocktail in the small check-in area that has a bar. Varela/Miami Herald/TNS How Donatella Owners Came Together Donatella Boutique Hotel & Restaurant is owned by and a collaboration between Jamil Dib, co-founder and owner of Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group, and the Nakash Group, owners of The Setai, the luxury Miami Beach hotel. Vida & Estilo runs Salty Flame, the Asian-influenced steak bar on Brickell Avenue, Paperfish Sushi, Barsecco, and more than 18 restaurants in the Miami area and Las Vegas. Dib has lived in South Florida since 1996. After the COVID-19 pandemic, Joe Nakash, chairman of The Setai Hotel, and Dib, a friend, met up and decided they wanted to start a business together. They acquired the building in 2022 for $6 million, according to Miami-Dade property records. They knew it would not be 'an easy remodeling.' The building was mostly kept intact although a small pool was removed to make way for part of the restaurant. Singer Justin Bieber stayed there in 2014, a trip that ended with his arrest. It was built in the 1920s by Wallace Tutt, who also designed what became the Versace mansion on nearby Ocean Drive. The rooms at the remodeled Donatella have Italian travertine stone, warm wood, and large bathrooms and vanity areas. Miami-based Mico Design Studios did interiors. There's a peaceful ambience to the rooms, similar to hotel rooms in the South of Spain. The villas are connected by wood bridges where you can also eat dinner if you fancy something even more romantic. Wherever you chose to dine, coastal Southern Italian dining will be served by chef Alessandro Morrone, who's from Naples, Italy. His menu features black truffle cacio e pepe, rigatoni nduja, and Skull Island prawns. The restaurant seats 170 people. A private dining room accommodates 15. And you likely won't find South Beach crowds partying late into the night. 'We cannot compete maybe with the big hotels, with the beach clubs, but we're different,' Dib said. A big part of that is paying meticulous attention to every customer and every detail, he said. For example, Dib said he chose every song on the hotel's Spotify playlist. Donatella Versace is the sister of Gianni Versace, the Italian fashion mogul killed in 1997 on the steps of his Miami Beach mansion. She also was a prominent fashion designer and CEO of Versace until March when she announced she'd step down. 'I don't know the family at all,' Dib said. 'There's no connection.' Donatella is mad. The fashion icon and a force behind the Versace brand took to her Instagram account last weekend to denounce a new South Beach hotel and restaurant for using her name. 'The hotel and restaurant named 'Donatella', located near the property where my brother's life was taken, has and will never have anything to do with me, or my family,' she wrote. 'To try to capitalize on our tragedy and my name for profit is disgraceful.' Donatella Versace is the sister of Gianni Versace, the Italian fashion mogul murdered in 1997 on the steps of his Miami Beach mansion. She also was a prominent fashion designer and CEO of Versace until March when she announced she'd step down. There is somewhat of a link between the hotel owners and the Versace empire. Hotel partner Joe Nakash acquired Versace's South Beach mansion in a New York auction in 2013 for $41.5 million. The runner-up was Donald Trump. But it's not clear if Nakash has had any relationship with Versace or his family. Since the six-room Donatella Boutique Hotel & Restaurant opened a week ago at 1350 Collins Ave., the place has gotten its share of media attention. Some of the reports have described it as a 'sister property' to the former Versace Mansion, repeating language used in press releases sent out by the new hotel's public relations firm. So, is there really a connection? In a May 1 interview with the Miami Herald, hotel execute Jamil Dib said 'there's no connection. ... I don't know the family at all.' Since Donatella Versace's angry reaction, the hotel executives have declined to comment, except to say it's business as usual with an official public launch on May 21. Despite her message, Donatella may not be able to stop the Donatella Boutique Hotel & Restaurant. The owners have obtained a trademark to use Donatella's name.
