Since then, Sofia and her entourage have traveled to Sardinia, Italy, where she celebrated her birthday. And according to social media, she and her crew have just wrapped up a visit to Paris. Among those there were her son Manolo, 33, Chabbott and friends Norvina and eye-brow guru Anastasia of Beverly Hills.
