Why did Ethan Klein offer to buy Creator Clash?
Image via: YouTube/H3 Podcast In the aftermath of Creator Clash 3's cancellation, the once-celebrated influencer boxing event now hangs in the balance. Yet where some see failure, others sniff opportunity, and now, two of the Internet's most controversial personalities vie for ownership of what remains of the brand. On July 20, 2025, Drama Alert host Daniel "Keemstar" posted an "open letter" on X, publicly expressing an interest in buying the intellectual property rights to Creator Clash. "As a long-time fan & viewer," wrote Keemstar, "this is a serious inquiry. Owners, please reach out to me for talks." While some brushed it off as a bit of performance theatre, Keem maintained the offer was serious, dismissing any joke despite his reputation. Enter Ethan Klein : With a Side of Sarcasm? Soon after Keemstar's comment, Ethan Klein came into the picture and gave his shot of sarcasm and unpredictability. In a post to his community, Klein wrote: 'I WILL BUY CREATOR CLASH - OWNERS REACH OUT! Shall I buy Ian's house, too?" The "Ian" he mentioned is Ian "iDubbbz" Kane Jomha, the original founder of Creator Clash and a name which has recently become closely associated with the event's collapse. On the other hand, although with great humor, one could hardly just disregard the comment given Klein's large platform and connection with previous internet drama. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Gold Is Surging in 2025 — Smart Traders Are Already In IC Markets Learn More Undo It's unclear if Klein intends to actually pull the big buy-off or whether he's simply mocking his long-time nemesis Keemstar,or even iDubbbz himself. In this unpredictable culture of influencers, at times, healing comes from the pain of the jest, and sometimes the beauty of an awkward smile is that it is genuine. What Happened to the Creator Clash? The influencer boxing event, once widely respected as the perfect amalgamation of entertainment and charity, took quite a hit as Creator Clash 3 was officially cancelled on July 7th, 2025. The organizers called it a "hard decision," citing behind-the-scenes complications. Refunds were issued automatically to all pay-per-view buyers with the fans speculating about The process was the nadir of all those ambitious, community-oriented attempts to get benefit-based content creators into the ring. Future Prospects: A Real Bidding or More Drama? Whatever the consideration, it is to be kept under consideration whether they actually want to take Creator Clash into their hands or are only trying to be provocative figures in the sprawling online gossip movement about Creative Clash. Ethan Reacts To Creator Clash Being Cancelled Officially Whatever the situation, these developments have once again made public interest bloom around the near future of influencer boxing. The event is currently in limbo, but with bigger names being attached to the IP, a comeback may well be in store for this, albeit in a greatly altered form. Hailey Welch reportedly sells X account after viral fame as Hawk Tuah Girl
Hailey Welch, widely known as the "Hawk Tuah Girl" after her viral rise to internet fame in 2024, is back in the spotlight—this time for reportedly selling her X (formerly Twitter) account. The page, once personal and linked to Welch, has now been rebranded as "Up Only Memes," with a new profile image and direction, catching the attention of her nearly 400,000 followers. Hawk Tuah aka Hailey Welch sold her X account allegedly. — DramaAlert (@DramaAlert) July 10, 2025 The sudden transformation raised questions, especially after two new tweets appeared on July 9. One was a playful reference to memes, while the other cryptically stated, 'What the helly,' alongside a screenshot of someone offering $325,000 to purchase an X account. It remains unclear whether these posts came from Welch as parting shots or from a new owner signaling a shift in content. Meanwhile, the account—which now boasts nearly 400,000 followers—shows only four tweets. Of those, two date back to Welch's time managing the page (July 27, 2024, and March 28, 2025), while the other two—posted on July 9—suggest a new and possibly chaotic direction. The disappearance of previous tweets has fueled theories and confusion among longtime fans. Gotta pay those legal bills somehow — The Brown Slimer (@Brownslimer) July 10, 2025 Social media users wasted no time reacting. Some joked that Welch might be 'paying legal bills,' while others saw it as either a smart business move or a digital stunt. 'She might be the best one-hit wonder of all time,' one user commented. Another called it, 'the greatest scam.' Whether this is a strategic exit, a brand pivot, or something else entirely, Welch's digital footprint continues to spark viral interest and online debate—proving once again that internet fame rarely fades quietly.

50 Cent fails to block Bryce Hall's film Skillhouse as court denies preliminary injunction
Rapper and producer 50 Cent has lost a bid to prevent the release of the upcoming horror film Skillhouse, starring Bryce Hall. A federal judge denied his request for a preliminary injunction on July 3, 2025, allowing the movie to proceed toward its scheduled July 11 premiere. In April, 50 Cent's production company, NYC Vibe, filed a lawsuit against Skillhouse's producers—including Ryan Kavanaugh, Skill House Movie LLC, and GenTV LLC—claiming the film used his name, image, voice, and likeness without a signed agreement or compensation. He alleges that despite filming his scenes and those with his son Sire based on 'good-faith promises,' no final contract existed and he has not been paid. 🚨 50 Cent FAILED to block Bryce Hall's movie Skill House, as the judge DENIED his request for a preliminary injunction to stop its release. — DramaAlert (@DramaAlert) July 3, 2025 During the injunction hearing, the judge determined that 50 Cent failed to meet the legal standard required—showing a likelihood of success on the merits and proving irreparable harm. As a result, Skillhouse can move forward with its limited theatrical release set by Fathom Entertainment. Skillhouse, directed by Josh Stolberg, combines horror with social media satire and showcases a cast of influencers, including Bryce Hall and Paige VanZant . Produced by 50 Cent, Neal McDonough, and others, the film was shot in 2022 and gained attention for its intense scenes and influencer cast. The ruling allows Skillhouse to proceed to theaters while the lawsuit continues. If 50 Cent appeals, the film's future could shift, but for now, fans and critics alike await its debut despite the controversy.

Jake Paul rage-quits Piers Morgan interview after profanity-laced, insult-laden tantrum
Jake Paul wasn't in the mood to chat. The Youtuber-turned-boxer sat down for a video interview with Piers Morgan on Thursday ahead of his fight with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and things got heated quickly. The 'Uncensored With Piers Morgan' host targeted Paul for taking on Mike Tyson last year, who is 'nearly as old as me,' and cherry-picking his fights. 'The only proper boxer you've fought is Tommy Fury, and he beat you,' Morgan said. 4 Jake Paul gets increasingly upset with Piers Morgan's line of questions. X, @DramaAlert The 28-year-old rebutted by saying he fought 'multiple boxers with professional records.' Morgan added that against 'peak Tyson, you wouldn't have lasted 10 seconds.' Things quickly devolved with Paul turning to name-calling. 'OK, and you versus the gym?' responded the YouTuber. 'You're still a fata–… You don't think I can beat Mike Tyson, I don't think you go to the gym.' 4 Jake Paul hugs Mike Tyson after their heavyweight boxing match. AFP via Getty Images 'I've been twice this week!' Morgan retorted, who added that he expected Paul to lose to a 'proper serious' boxer in Chavez. 'I think the problem here, Piers, is that you think your opinion matters,' Paul said. 'I'm just taking your audience to sell pay-per-views, I don't give a f–k about your show, dumbass, this is a f–king business enterprise.' 4 Piers Morgan laughs at Jake Paul after he leaves the interview. X, @DramaAlert And with that, Paul rage-quit the interview, causing Morgan to laugh. 'Cheers, Jake. Really enjoyed that,' he said. How many pay-per-views Paul managed to score for DAZN via the sitdown remains to be seen with the cruiserweight bout scheduled for Saturday night at the Honda Center. 4 Mike Tyson could barely stand up when he boxed Jake Paul. Getty Images He does view the 39-year-old Chavez as the most challenging fight of his still young career, though. 'I would say Chavez is most likely going to be the toughest opponent (I have faced yet), the most experienced, literally the most amount of fights out of all of my opponents,' Paul told DAZN Boxing. He enters the fight with an 11-1 professional mark to Chavez's 54-6-1 (34 KOs) record.
