Edenglen's Zoë Cloud earns dance accolade
Less than a minute Stephan Lehman Less than a minute Grade Nine learner from Edenglen High School, Zoë Cloud, participated in the South African Body of Dance's Gauteng Provincial Performing Arts Competition. The competition was held on May 8 at Pinnacle College. ALSO READ: Support local dancer to take on global stage Zoë was awarded a bronze medal for her excellent efforts in the 13 and 14 years amateur jazz solo category. She trains at One Step Ahead dance studio under the guidance of Desiree Demianenko, in Harmelia. Edenglen High School congratulated Zoë on her achievement. Edenglen High takes top honours at public speaking festival
Earlier this year, Edenglen High School was awarded as the most improved school at the High Schools Public Speaking Festival hosted by The Speech and Drama College SA. ALSO READ: Former Edenglen High School learner brings home silver medal Edenglen High School's public relations and marketing coordinator Itumeleng Gwangwa said the award was thanks to the dedication of the shcool's public speaking team and the guidance of Mrs Sharpley and Mrs Terblanche.
