The man is facing a total of four charges, and his driver's licence has been suspended for 90 days. The multi-vehicle crash happened on Highway 41 south of Spring Creek Road, OPP said Tuesday. On Wednesday, police said an 81-year-old man from the area was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not identified the victim. Highway 41 was closed in the area for several hours. The crash happened about four kilometres south of the village of Eganville, 35 kilometres south of Pembroke and 110 kilometres west of downtown Ottawa.
