Pandox Consortium Makes €1.4 Billion Offer for Dalata Hotel
A consortium including Pandox AB and Eiendomsspar AS has made a firm €1.4 billion ($1.6 billion) offer for Dalata Hotel Group Plc, which the board of Dalata intends to recommend unanimously.
Ireland's largest hotel operator last month rejected an earlier bid from the same consortium, saying it will continue to engage with other bidders in a sale process it launched earlier this year.
