Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard finalize divorce after nearly THREE years
and Sebastian Bear-McClard have finalized their divorce after nearly three years, can exclusively reveal. According to court records, a judgment was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on July 22, making Emily, 34, and Sebastian, 44, legally single. A qualified medical child support order was also filed the same day, however, since divorce records are private in New York, no further details were given. The divorce appeared to be nearly over back in December when the model's attorney had submitted a bunch of documents, including a proposed qualified medical child support order, certificate of dissolution and a proposed judgment of divorce - but the proposed judgment was returned for correction. It also appears that a settlement had been reached back in December due to a settlement document being filed, but, again, details are withheld from the public. has reached out to attorneys for Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard for comment. Emily filed for divorce from Sebastian in September 2022 four years after the former couple tied the knot. The couple separated in July 2022 after four years of marriage They split in July 2022 amid accusations that Sebastian was a 'serial cheater.' They welcomed a child together, Sylvester Apollo Bear, who was born in March 2021. The four-year-old makes occasional appearances on his famous mom's social media where he can be seen traveling internationally with her. After filing for divorce, the My Body author said she 'didn't have the courage to leave' her ex 'for a long time.' 'I was really, really unhappy,' she revealed while discussing her divorce on Dear Media's Going Mental podcast with Eileen Kelly at the time. She went on to explain that the stress she felt from being miserable was manifesting in her body, saying, 'I was like 100 pounds, and I had just had a baby. I got really skinny because I was not okay.' Emily added that she was 'trying everything' to overcome her depression. 'I tried to take antidepressants. I was sure there was something wrong with me. 'I think so much of what I learned coming out of that relationship is to trust your instincts,' she shared. In an interview with Vogue Australia that came out in November 2023, Emily hinted at penning her own book about divorce to undo some of the 'stigma' around divorce. She spilled, 'I can't believe there aren't more books about first marriages failing. I've read a lot of literature about divorce, but it tends to be about families ending after children have grown up. 'I do think so many women are divorcing at younger ages, and it's such a taboo and there's such stigma around it.' The Entourage actress went on to explain that these days, women are more financially stable and don't need to stay in bad relationships. 'Our world has changed so much because women are making, if not the same amount of pay, more money than their partners. And then also carrying the burden of the emotional and physical responsibilities, the labour at home,' she said. Sebastian has been out of the public eye, especially after being accused of sexual misconduct by two teenage girls he allegedly 'groomed' via Instagram before sleeping with them. Meanwhile, Emily appears to be having fun dating and embracing life as a 'chic' divorcee. The mother-of-one was first linked with comedian Eric Andre, 42, in January 2023 after being spotted side-by-side on a series of public outings. In March 2023, Emily shocked fans when she was seen kissing Harry Styles, 31, on the streets of Tokyo in the wake of his split from Olivia Wilde. Speaking on a podcast recorded on March 9, two weeks before she was spotted kissing him, Emily revealed that she has secretly been dating Harry for two months – and confessed that he may be 'the one'. After the One Direction star, she was linked to other high profile men, including DJ Orazio Rispo, French actor Stephane Bak and singer Shaboozey.

Emily Ratajkowski Posted a Nude Mom Photo Dump — but the Commenters Shamed Something Else Entirely
Emily Ratajkowski's latest photo dump had all the usual ingredients for a good old-fashioned mom-shaming: sun-drenched selfies, summer fashion, a glimpse of her 4-year-old son Sly — and yes, a fully nude sunbathing shot tossed casually into the mix. But this time, the Instagram comment section didn't go after her for the nudity. They pivoted, fast. The carousel showed Ratajkowski enjoying a late-summer trip to Italy. Her followers saw trattoria snaps, an Alfa Romeo Spider, and her son dancing by an olive tree. Nestled in among the scenic views and toddler candids was a photo of the model reclining nude on a lounge chair, wearing nothing but a red baseball cap and a look that said, yes, I know what I'm doing. Historically, this would've sparked the usual cycle of 'you're a mom, put some clothes on!' — the kind of criticism she's fielded for years. More from SheKnows Jennifer Love Hewitt Reveals About Red Carpet Doubts at 46 - & Why She Showed up Anyway Instead? A full 180. 'You need to eat a few peanut butter and jelly sandwiches,' one commenter wrote. 'You're very beautiful young woman, but your rib cage not so.' Another chimed in: 'When you start seeing the whole rib cage it means you might need to put some weight on.' Others speculated about medication — 'Stop with the Wegovy 💉💉' — or offered their own strange diet solutions, like one who asked, 'Emily can I offer you a porcupine sandwich? It's a typical Italian food.' (You can see the photos on her Instagram.) It wasn't just the usual trolls, either. Several commenters attempted to cloak the critique in concern: 'I'm not one to typically say this,' one wrote, 'but this is looking unhealthy. Take care of yourself whatever health struggles you're going through.' This kind of body policing — especially toward mothers — is nothing new for Ratajkowski. In recent years, she's been slammed for everything from being 'too sexy' to dressing her son in clothes strangers deemed 'not good enough.' In early 2024, she posted, 'Shame on you all,' after her comments were filled with strangers telling her she didn't 'deserve to be a mom.' This week's backlash might've shifted its focus, but the message remains the same: If you're a mother in the public eye, the internet will always find a new way to tell you you're doing something wrong. Emily Ratajkowski shows off her slender physique in a fitted black dress as she celebrates new Gucci campaign with intimate dinner in the Hamptons
Emily Ratajkowski drew attention to her lithe physique as she celebrated the new Gucci obsession campaign with an intimate dinner in the Hamptons on Saturday. The supermodel, 34, stunned as she slipped into a figure hugging black evening dress, complete with a daring thigh-length slash. She added inches to her frame by teaming the outfit with a pair of black shiny stilettos featuring a gold heeled detail. To accessorise, Emily embraced the theme of the night by opting for a pair trendy black Gucci sunglasses. Adding an extra hint of glamour, she carried her belongings in a beige Gucci bag featuring the brand's trademark red and green strap. Emily recently opened up about motherhood as she hit back at critics and opened up about 'decentering' men as she stopped by the Today show. The beauty — whose ex-boyfriend is expecting a child — joined hosts Jenna Bush Hager and guest co-host Willie Geist to talk about her role in the new Netflix show Too Much, which was released on the streaming site on July 10. At one point, Emily was questioned if it was true that she has been 'deprioritising' men in her life. The model was previously married to Sebastian Bear-McClard from 2018 until their divorce in 2022. The former couple - who share son Sly, four - had split amid accusations that he was a 'serial cheater.' 'Well, the kids say decentering,' Emily joked, and elaborated to the Today hosts that it was true. 'I am a single mom and I just really, I think as I've gotten older I started to really value community with other women particularly. And that's definitely a priority for me.' She added, 'I think it's one of the best parts about living in New York as I get to meet so many amazing women and queer people. And yeah, I really value community these days.' Following her split from her husband, Emily seemingly came out as bisexual in October 2022 after posting a TikTok clip. Emily recently opened up about motherhood as she hit back at critics and opened up about 'decentering' men as she stopped by the Today show The media personality reacted to a video that asked those who 'identify as bisexual' if they 'own a green velvet couch.' In the reel, the star could be seen lounging on a sofa and then panned the camera to show off her green velvet couch. The following month, she expressed to Harper's Bazaar: 'I think sexuality is on a sliding scale. 'I don't really believe in straight people.' Emily later said, 'I want to be able to have fun with how I present myself in the world without feeling like I'm a bad feminist or a good feminist. 'Duh. I don't want to be a part of your club if you don't want to have me. It's fine!'

How to Style Summer's Capri Pants Trend That Hailey Bieber and Emily Ratajkowski Just Co-Signed
If you purchase an independently reviewed product or service through a link on our website, WWD may receive an affiliate commission. Last week, Emily Ratajkowski and Hailey Bieber both stepped out wearing capri pants, co-signing the return of the polarizing pant trend. Hailey Bieber's capris, spotted in her Instagram post from July 16, were part of a matching set alongside a body-hugging jacket, which she wore with strappy sandals. EmRata, on the other hand, styled her pedal pusher pants in two different ways on the same day: with a graphic, long-sleeved shirt for a more casual look and with a scoop-neck, fitted blazer for a polished take on the trend. More from WWD Jennifer Lawrence's Chic Liffner Tote Makes the Case for Suede Bags in the Summer Rosé Races Into Summer With Puma's Latest Speedcat Sneaker in a Fresh Colorway From A'ja Wilson to Caitlin Clark, High Heels Were Trending During WNBA All-Star Game Arrivals This twinning style moment was no coincidence, though. Capri pants are emerging as one of summer 2025's biggest trends, and the fact that they earned both Hailey Bieber and Emily Ratajkowski's seal of approval in the same week is all the proof we need. Before taking over every style influencer's Euro summer vacation Instagram posts this summer, the return of capri pants could first be spotted on the spring runways. Sandy Liang's spring 2025 show highlighted puff-sleeve jacket and capri pant ensembles redefining modern workwear; Louis Vuitton dolled up the silhouette with stripes and slouch; Carolina Herrera played with proportions by juxtaposing puffy tulle tops with cigarette-slim pedal pushers; and Tommy Hilfiger, emblematic of all things 'preppy Americana,' made its spring 2025 collection's capri pants checkered and bright. Beyond the runways, capri pants have been a current favorite of fashion insiders who are emulating the city-chic aesthetic of 2000s sartorial icons like Carrie Bradshaw, generating thousands of TikTok and Instagram likes for their capri pants styling equations in the process. The beloved fictional character, after all, was a fan of the pedal pushers trend that boomed during the early aughts: donning them in many 'Sex and the City' scenes with striped blazers, vibrant headscarves, and other masterful matches. The synchronized return of capri pants — recently spotted on both Emily Ratajkowski and Hailey Bieber — follows a wave of A-listers embracing the calf-skimming silhouette. Bella Hadid was early to the revival, debuting a sleek Ferragamo pair in 2024 styled with a matching bomber jacket and leather mules from the brand. Since then, Hadid, like Bieber, has consistently offered fresh takes on the trend. She's joined by a growing list of style-setters including Dua Lipa, Anne Hathaway (who swapped her 2025 Met Gala gown for a capri-powered after-party look), Kendall Jenner, and the original Carrie Bradshaw herself, Sarah Jessica Parker. Together, they're making a strong case for the capri pant, especially for warm-weather city strolls and Euro Summer escapes — when full-length pants feel like too much, but structure is still a must. The original capri pants can be traced back to German fashion designer Sonja de Lennart during World War II. Rebelling against the notion that trousers were strictly for men, de Lennart designed a pair tailored to her petite frame, featuring chic slits and a hem that hit just below the knee. She named them 'Capris' as an ode to the Italian island where her family vacationed. After debuting in 1948, the pants — also referred to as pedal pushers, a nod to the cycling-friendly length that avoided getting caught in bike wheels — quickly gained traction and made their way to the U.S., where they were embraced by Hollywood's inner circle. Their iconic status was solidified with a breakout appearance in Roman Holiday. Once Audrey Hepburn was seen in a pair of the prototypical capri pants, everyone wanted to own them, and de Lennart's hero product was later donned by the likes of Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor: appreciated for its originally rebellious intentions and modern-woman appeal. Today, capri pants take the form of leggings, too, and come in many different materials: from denim and cotton to the canvas that makes up some cargo variations. The silhouette remains polarizing, largely because it can shorten the legs if the hemline doesn't hit at the right length. To avoid that effect, opt for a pair that hits as close to your knee as possible and fits without cutting off your proportions. Also, opt for shoes that show the front of your feet for an added lengthening effect (kitten heel sandals are stellar). Because of their tight-fitting nature in most cases, it's best to style capri pants with something looser and more fluid, like a cape-sleeve top. Worried about your curves being lost in all that fabric? Go the opposite route and stick to body-skimming camisoles. For corp-core style, consider investing in high-waisted capri pants and tucking a starched button-up into them; so as to avoid excessive matchiness, stick with neutral coordinates if you're wearing patterned capri pants or spice up a white pair with an on-trend, polka-dotted halter top. Capri pants in the leggings category can easily work with a bra-bikini hybrid under a blazer, and jean ones practically beg to be complimented by Y2K-coded bags, hairbands, and other accessories that will take you back to a simpler time. Still don't see the vision? We'll make it easier for you by providing some capri pants outfit ideas ahead. Emily Ratajkowski flaunts summer body during poolside fashion moment
Emily Ratajkowski spent the weekend soaking up the summer sun. The 34-year-old model gave fans a glimpse into her time by the pool. Ratajkowski posed in a plunging black swimsuit from her own line while vacationing near the Adriatic Sea. Ratajkowski referenced her vacation with her caption, writing: "adriaticcc." She wore her hair down as she gave the camera a pout for the photos. Fans were quick to flood the comment section of her post with fire and heart emojis. "How do I send in my marriage application?" one user asked. Another fan commented, "Wow girl youre awesomely gorgeous and sexy but I guess you already. Know that." "I have to say you're my all-time favorite so beautiful," one fan wrote. Ratajkowski launched her own swimwear line, Inamorata, in 2017. At the time, the model confirmed her project was "self-funded." "I have basically a consultant and an assistant and then it's all me," the former actress told Vogue. "It's been really, really fun. I've been doing different things with different people, but to have complete control is really special and exciting." Ratajkowski took on the endeavor after turning her back on Hollywood. She landed her first big role in 2014 as Ben Affleck's mistress in the psychological thriller film "Gone Girl." Following the role, Ratajkowski set out to prove she was a "serious actress with longevity." "But I didn't feel like, 'Oh, I'm an artist performing and this is my outlet.' I felt like a piece of meat who people were judging, saying, 'Does she have anything else other than her [breasts]?'" Ratajkowski previously told the Los Angeles Times. After starring in films such as "We Are Your Friends," "I Feel Pretty" and "Lying and Stealing," she chose to turn her back on Hollywood. Ratajkowski grew tired of making herself "digestible to powerful men in Hollywood" and fired her agent, manager and commercial rep in early 2020. "I didn't trust them," the model told the outlet. "I was like, 'I can handle receiving phone calls. I'm gonna make these decisions. None of you have my best interest at heart. And you all hate women.'"
