Netflix series 'so addictive' fans binge watch in one night
Others comment on the mind bending ending A Netflix series dubbed 'so addictive' by fans they tell other viewers that they can easily binge watch it all in just one night. Behind Her Eyes was originally released on the streaming platform back in 2021. It is based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Sarah Pinborough. Steve Lightfoot, the writer and showrunner behind such hits as The Punisher, Narcos and Hannibal, adapted it for the screen. The story follows a single mother who enters a world of twisted mind games when she begins an affair with her psychiatrist boss while secretly befriending his mysterious wife. Its cast includes British actor Tom Bateman, along with Eve Hewson, who is the daughter of Bono and went on to star in Netflix's Perfect Couples. One Netflix user on Reddit posted asking for recommendations on a perhaps lesser known title on the platform that they could binge. They said: "Ideally seeking one of those shows where it would take a physical intervention to stop you watching the next episode. Like Severance, or early Lost, or similar. Just something compelling and bingeable that I haven't seen!" An early and popular response was the suggestion for Behind Her Eyes with many claiming it can be binged in just a day. A review of the six-part series claimed: "A masterclass in suspense and mystery: Behind Her Eyes is a thrilling journey that grips you from the first frame to the last. "This Netflix series, adapted from Sarah Pinborough's novel, delivers a narrative that is both seductive and unsettling, proving to be a masterclass in psychological suspense." One fan, sharing their thoughts online said: "I pretty much binge watched most of it in one day. I never really got bored. Each episode was amazing. If you're after a good thriller, this is a must watch." Another agreed: "This show is worth every second. The ending had me gasping, very unpredictable and extraordinary plot, definitely a psychological thriller! I binged watched it all in one day and it's the best-limited series I've seen in a while. "All the characters are just amazing and the plot is unlike anything any of us have ever seen before. This is definitely worth your time, if you're contemplating whether to watch or not, trust me the ending will be worth it!" Many people who have already watched it comment on the show's twist ending. A viewer posting on social media said it left them "messed up for days.' Someone else commented: "Absolutely loved this series! Excellent acting all round, Eve Hewson can do no wrong. I was hooked throughout and the ending was so unexpected, and just perfect." While someone else replied: "A true masterpiece with an ending that defies expectations."

It was a very star-studded affair at Wimbledon on Wednesday. And in the crowds courtside was a dapper-looking Dermot O'Leary who was enjoying a catch up with Bono's stylish actress daughter Eve Hewson. Dermot - who is married to producer Dee Koppang - chatted away to his friend at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club after earlier in the day posing in the Lanson room with Downton Abbey star Joanne Froggatt. Eve, 33, looked gorgeous in a blue and white striped dress and accessorised her look with dark shades. The Irish TV star pulled some very animated expressions at one point as Dermot was telling her a story amid the action on court. The brunette beauty added height to her frame with some bright blue strappy heels and pulled her dark hair back into a sleek bun. Eve is starring in Stephen Spielberg's next sci-fi movie with Emily Blunt. The untitled picture will be based on a story by the legendary filmmaker, while scribe David Koepp – who had previously worked with Spielberg on his 2005 action movie 'War of the Worlds' - writes the script. Although plot details are being kept under wraps, Universal Pictures teased the project would be a 'new original event film', with the flick expected to include sci-fi elements in its story. The movie is slated to hit cinemas on May 15, 2026. Last year Eve revealed her parents, U2 star Bono and activist Ali Hewson, were not best pleased to hear she wanted to become an actor. Eve admitted there is 'a lot of bad s***' that goes on in 'stark' Hollywood. She said: '[My parents] were like, 'Oh my god, this is what she wants to do.' Bono Delivers First Look at Highly Anticipated ‘Magical, Amazing' Project
First there was the book and the audiobook. Then the stage show. Now, U2 frontman Bono is coming to your house with the new Apple TV+ film Bono: Stories of Surrender, which will debut on the streaming service on May 30. The film will include previously unreleased footage from the 'Beautiful Day' singer's April and May 2023 11-show run at the Beacon Theatre in New York City, where he shared stories of his life and performed songs from the U2 catalog backed by sparse instrumentation rather than his usual U2 bandmates. In the video preview, released Wednesday, April 30, Bono is heard introducing the show by saying, 'These are the tall tales of a short rock star.' Fans are thrilled that the film will soon be released. Others, not so much. 'The 28th of April was 2 years since we caught this show at the Beacon (which was being filmed). So happy this is almost here. Magical!' wrote one, while another added, 'Saw this in NYC. Amazing.' However, one commenter was quick to bring up U2's famous previous flop with Apple, when the band's 2014 album, Songs of Innocence, was automatically downloaded into the iTunes accounts of millions of Apple customers, much to the displeasure of some.
