Grammy-winning CeeLo Green to take stage in Rockford on Aug. 15
ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — CeeLo Green, the singer-songwriter formerly of Goodie Mob and Gnarls Barkley, and one-time celebrity judge on TV's The Voice, will be performing in Rockford in August.
Green will take the stage at Hard Rock Live, located inside the Hard Rock Casino Rockford, on Friday, August 15th at 7 p.m.
With Gnarls Barkley, Green was responsible for the global hit 'Crazy.' He later won a Grammy for the 2010 song 'F**k You!' (a radio edit was titled 'Forget You!,' and a cover of the song was featured in The Muppets movie) from his album The Lady Killer.
He has since released three further albums and two reunions with Goodie Mob.
Green made the leap to the silver screen in 2012, voicing The Mummy in Hotel Transylvania.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. on and at the Hard Rock Live box office.
