This kid, 4, features in Oasis' reunion tour alongside Scottish town
Oscar Borland features in the official programme for the rock and roll band, who recently returned to the stage for the first time in 16 years. The Gallagher brothers are playing to sold-out arenas across the globe and the four-year-old will feature in the pamphlet at all gigs. READ NEXT: Fontaines D.C. fans are all wearing this ONE thing to TRNSMT READ NEXT: I saw Jake Bugg at TRNSMT - he should have been on the Main Stage The picture was taken in Erskine earlier this year (Image: Supplied) Raymond, Oscar's dad, explained how the opportunity came about. He said: "I have been a huge Oasis fan ever since I can remember. From 1996 onwards I was hooked. "As I have gotten older, and during the time period when the band had broken up, I have been really into collecting Oasis memorabilia. "As a result of this obsession, I got to know Brian Cannon, who designed a lot of things for the band at their peak, such as album covers. "We became good friends after I started going to his shop Mircobot Boutique, down south in Kendal, which sells merchandise from the band and other groups." The programme is currently available for sale at the gigs (Image: Supplied) Despite his age, Raymond says his son realises something exciting is happening. He also opened up on the meaning behind Oscar's picture in the programme. Raymound continued: "Brian knew there would not be any new music on this tour and wanted to design the programme like an album cover, with 20 pages to fill. "The idea he came up with was to base the pictures in the programme around B-side songs that some fans think should have been singles. "I jokingly said about getting Oscar involved and amazingly it ended up happening. "Oasis have a song called Fade Away and the lyrics Brian referred to were 'The dreams we have as children fade away.' "Oscar was photographed on a football pitch in Erskine, throwing the Definitely Maybe Globe in the air and a flight case with Oasis on it beside him, the idea being he was dreaming of being in the band. "Noel Gallagher had the final say and he signed it off." Oscar was "very excited" to appear in the programme (Image: Supplied) Oasis will play three gigs at Murrayfield next month and Raymond, who will be attending two of the concerts with friends, and family, can't wait to see the programme in person. He added: "The family are all so proud of Oscar and he was brilliant throughout the shoot. "I didn't want to see the finished product until it was confirmed Oscar would be in the programme. "I am really happy with how it turned out and can't wait to buy it at the gigs."

Noel Gallagher's daughter reacts to adorable family moment at Oasis gig
Noel and Liam Gallagher's band Oasis are official back on tour for the first time in more than two decades, with thousands of fans travelling to see them perform Oasis star Noel Gallagher's daughter Anais has shared her sweet reaction to her cameo at their Heaton Park gig last night. She took to her Instagram to share a clip as she attended her dad's concert, watching on in the crowd to support her dad. The 25-year-old posted the video which featured the Oasis stage at Heaton Park as they performed in their native Manchester. In the clip, a tiny voice could be heard saying "That's rock 'n' roll baby" – which Anais revealed was a recording of herself at seven years old. She captioned the post: "That's my little 7 year old voice" as she shared a cute face emoji to react to the touching moment. Across the night Anais shared a collection of clips and photos of her dad – who she branded the 'coolest' – while performing at the reunion tour. Oasis have recently embarked on their come-back tour after not performing together for more than two decades. Liam and Noel had infamously been feuding ever since the band split back in 2009. The pair announced last year that they would be going on tour 16 years after splitting. At the time of the announcement, they shared a video to promote the comeback when Liam was heard saying: "When we both come together, you have greatness." Noel then says: "I know my brother better than anybody else. This is it, this is happening." The brothers started their reunion tour in Cardiff and performed some of their biggest hits during the first show. Their set list consisted of hits such as Roll With It, Fade Away, Morning Glory and Stand By Me. They began the show with their song Hello. However, some fans weren't too happy while watching the latest show at Heaton Park last night. Liam was met with jeers during the epic Oasis homecoming gig, but it wasn't his music that ruffled feathers. The gig took an unexpected turn when Liam paused to make a heartfelt dedication. Liam announced: "I'd like to dedicate this to the greatest manager of all time, Mr Pep Guardiola." The shoutout caused some unrest among the fans which lead to boos. However, Liam wasn't too offended as he fired back: "Who you f***ing booing, who you f***ing booing." The camera then focused on a life-size cut-out of Pep Guardiola wearing a Man City scarf, which was displayed on stage. However, the crowd then broke into laughter and Liam kicked off a rendition of D'You Know What I Mean. Adding to the excitement, Pep Guardiola himself was seen backstage, mingling with the Gallaghers, including Noel's daughter and Liam's sons. A weather warning was issued for the concert due to the UK heatwave this weekend. Concert organisers tole fans to stage hydrated and wear sun screen. The warning then told concert goers to "wear a (bucket) hat" as well as to stay in the shade when possible. It finished with saying: "Look after yourself and look after each other."

Noel and Liam Gallagher hold hands in historic snap during Oasis come-back tour
Noel and Liam Gallagher have taken to the stage tonight in their iconic comeback tour after not performing together since 2009 and showed they've ended their feud Noel and Liam Gallagher have been seen holding hands in a historic snap during their Oasis come-back tour. The brothers took to the stage in Cardiff for the first show of their reunion tour. The pair have clearly put their differences aside after the band first split in 2009 as they have now been seen closer than ever on stage. The brothers held hands as held them up for the thousands of fans in the Welsh stadium. Tonight was the first night of their come-back tour that fans have been waiting almost two decades for. Noel and Liam have been open about not seeing eye to eye over the years but they have now put this to one side much to the delight of their super fans. The pair announced last year that they would be going on tour 16 years after splitting. At the time of the announcement, they shared a video to promote the comeback when Liam was heard saying: "When we both come together, you have greatness." Noel then says: "I know my brother better than anybody else. This is it, this is happening." The brothers have performed some of their biggest hits during the first show of the reunion. Their set list has consisted of hits such as Roll With It, Fade Away, Morning Glory and Stand By Me. They began the show with their song Hello. However, the gig was thrown into chaos as one fan had to be rushed out on a stretcher after falling ill. There was a medical incident in the crowd, and one person had to be taken off on a stretcher. An onlooker revealed that one gig-goer was seen being carried off by the medical crew, with people waving to get out of the way. Click here for the Mirror's live updates on the Oasis tour. The woman who needed medical help was being guided across the front of the stage in the pit area, right by the barrier. The incident happened during the band's song D'You Know What I Mean before they went on to sing Stand By Me. Cardiff marked the first of 17 shows across the UK, with fans set to flock to London, Manchester and Edinburgh too. Oasis will also play in Dublin before the band takes the show on the road to North America, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Chile and Argentina. Noel had given an interview where he discussed the huge universal appeal of Oasis."A new generation recognises how Oasis wasn't manufactured. It was chaotic, and flawed, and not technically brilliant. We were rough and ready guys from a rehearsal room, and people recognised it," he said. He added: "I didn't invent anything. I had good taste in music, a cool record collection, I could write a melody simple enough to make it work, and it was 50% inspiration and 50% copying." Get Oasis updates straight to your WhatsApp! Liam Gallagher shares worrying Oasis admission as fans push for Noel answers
Liam Gallagher has given an update on the future of Oasis just days before the legendary rockers are due to hit the road for the first time since 2009 Liam Gallagher has dropped a huge hint about the future of Oasis. The legendary Manchester band are due to hit the road for the first time in 16 years next month and fans have been speculating over whether this is the last we will see of the brothers. Noel, 58, and Liam, 52, had been at loggerheads ever since the band split in 2009 and were often caught in a war of words on social media and in interviews. But years before their split, an internal war is believed to have broken out between the warring siblings. Liam, 52, is said to have questioned the paternity of Noel's eldest daughter, Anaïs, 25, in May 2000. But while many had hoped the two would put their differences aside, it was their mum Peggy Gallagher who was spearheading a possible reconciliation between the two siblings. Noel and Liam will take to the stage at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on July 4, and fans have been wondering if there will be a future for the band. When asked by a fan if they can have more dates, ideally a string of shows at Knebworth playing to 125,000 people, Liam replied: "Let's see how this tour goes and if we still love each other after it." When asked by the Mirror how rehearsals are going, Liam told us: "Dangerous." Meanwhile, videos have circulated on social media, with audio clips of the band apparently rehearsing the anthems Cigarettes & Alcohol and Fade Away. He told fans that it was his idea to have both songs on the setlist for the most anticipated tour. Earlier this week, the two brothers were seen heading to rehearsals for the first time. While the pair arrived separately, they had two very different methods of transport to the top-secret location. Liam was seen arriving in a chauffeur-driven van, surrounded by packets of Lockets and cough syrup to help his throat, while his older brother, Noel, took public transport and was seen on the District Line at Paddington station. A source told the Mirror: "It was extremely exciting having Noel and Liam in the same room. The excitement for the tour is off the charts." But Liam has since told fans that they won't be able to meet him outside the studio and get a selfie. "You won't see me. I'm not a poser. I'll be in and out," he said. Liam joined the rehearsals late, with Noel and guitarists Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs and Gem Archer and bassist Andy Bell starting much earlier. Also joining the band are keyboard player Christian Madden and drummer Joey Waronker. But while Liam has had themes on his solo tours, there won't be any at the Oasis gigs and will instead be focused solely on the biblical music. The band announced their reunion last year, almost 15 years to the day following their split. Noel and Liam posed for several photos together, confirming the band's long-awaited reunion on Tuesday, saying: "The great wait is over." After Cardiff, the band play Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin before heading off on a world tour with dates in the US, Australia, Brazil and Japan. Richard Ashcroft and Cast have been confirmed as support acts for the UK and Ireland gigs. Get Oasis updates straight to your WhatsApp!
