A Vietnam Airlines jet collided with a sister plane on the tarmac at Hanoi's Noi Bai Airport, and shocking video shows the moment it slices through the aircraft's tail fin in a wild runway collision. Preliminary findings suggest the Airbus was not parked correctly on the runway. The Boeing damaged its wing tip in the incident.
