NIFT 2025 Round 1 Counselling: The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will close the choice filling window for Round 1 counselling of 2025 today. Candidates can lock their choices by visiting the official portal, The official notification reads: "All candidates are advised to complete their Choice Filling and Locking process on the NIC E-Counselling portal by the extended deadline. No further extension will be granted. Candidates may also update the filled choices by unlocking the same." Save and lock choices before the deadline NIFT 2025: Counselling Process The counselling process involves several key steps. After verification, candidates will participate in choice filling and locking of seats. Following this, a seat allotment result will be declared. Finally, candidates who are allotted seats will need to submit their willingness and pay the admission fee to confirm their admission. The NTA conducts the entrance exam for UG and PG programmes (Regular, NLEA, Artisans) and PhD admissions for NIFT 2025. UG programmes include Bachelor of Design (BDes) and Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFTech). PG programmes include Master of Design (MDes), Master of Fashion Management (MFM), and Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech). Additionally, lateral entry admissions (NLEA) for BDes and BFTech are available.

The National Testing Agency, NTA, has released the NIFT entrance exam final results 2025 for undergraduate and postgraduate design programmes. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results of the Stage 1 entrance examination for the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) 2025. The exam was conducted for admission to undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. programmes for the academic year 2025-26. Candidates can check their results on the official website, The Stage 1 results have been released for all programmes except Bachelor of Fashion Technology ( which will be declared separately later. The examination was held on February 9, 2025, in 91 centres across 81 cities in India. Depending on the course, the entrance exam was conducted in either Computer Based Test (CBT) or Paper Based Test (PBT) mode. NIFTEE 2025 stage 1 result: Steps to check Candidates can view their result status online through the NIFT entrance portal hosted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Follow the steps below: Step 1.
