The Indian Railways, in a bid to enhance passenger convenience, has introduced a new 'super app' called RailOne on Tuesday (July 1. 2025) for passengers across the country. The app is designed to serve as a one-stop solution for all railway-related queries and services. What will the app comprise The new RailOne app, launched on Tuesday, will consolidate all passenger services into a single platform — including booking of IRCTC reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets, checking PNR status and train updates, viewing coach positions, accessing Rail Madad services, and providing travel feedback. Earlier, the users had to rely on separate apps including IRCTC Rail Connect, Food on Track, NTES, among others but now, RailOne promises an all-in-one services under one roof. RailOne App: Key features and usage With the new RailOne app, the railway is consolidating services at one location and providing users with comprehensive Indian Railway functionalities. The new RailOne app is accessible for download on both Android and PlayStore and iOS App Store platforms. You can download the app and login following the given instructions.
