Full Moon in Capricorn Horoscope

Full Moons are a time for releasing and relinquishing. If you have an excess in your life—emotional clutter, overcommitments, toxic attachments—this is the cosmic cue to drain it out. Whether through silent meditation, honest conversations, or grounding spiritual rituals, Full Moons offer us a ritual checkpoint to let go. July's Full Moon in Capricorn marks a key turning point, astrologically hinting that it's time to take control of your own evolution. Following Western astrology, these new and full Moon guides are monthly reminders to reset, reflect, and recommit to your path. Your horoscope is less of a prediction and more of a sacred prompt for self-inquiry. Hey bestie, it's your cosmic tour guide back again to decode what the f*ck is going on in our Solar System. TL;DR? Letting your emotions drive might take you somewhere fast, but they could detour you from where you actually need to go. On July 10, 2025, at 4:35 PM ET, the Moon in ambitious, self-determined Capricorn will oppose the Sun in tender, nurturing Cancer. This Full Moon in Capricorn, also known as the Buck Moon, has the rare power to whisper directly to your soul: It's time to step up and claim the version of you that's waiting on the other side of healing. But here's the plot twist: You'll have to rest to rise. Because Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, this Buck Moon won't just hand you your next level. It will demand that you prepare for it—spiritually, emotionally, energetically. Just be mindful of where you're pouring your energy. What seems like a reliable, proven path might actually be you stuck in a karmic loop. And patterns don't break themselves. That's why navigating this Buck Moon requires something radical: gentleness. Instead of forcing your way forward, try tending to the harsh inner voice that confuses toughness for strength. Stray away from the endless hustle, designer distractions, and status symbols. Choose instead to honor your tenderness. Honoring your softness is not weakness—it's strategy. Your ability to assertively preserve your vulnerability will be the very thing that gives you backbone when the New Moon in Leo hits later this month. Astrologically, this Full Moon trines the South Node in Virgo and sextiles the North Node in Pisces. Translation? You're being called to flow, not force. Returning to your intuition and offering your service with boundaries—not as a sacrifice, but as a gift—is one way to anchor yourself in authenticity. It's time to slow down so you can see yourself clearly. We live in a world that rewards burnout and glorifies over-functioning. But exhaustion isn't a badge of honor—it's a red flag. This Full Moon asks: how can you build the life of your dreams if you're too drained to dream? Even if summer feels like it's starting slow, this Buck Moon marks a potent shift. The universe is whispering: Self-care isn't a side quest—it's the actual plot. Below, read your horoscope based on your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs. Read your Sun sign to gain insight into the version of yourself that you're maturing into. Read your Rising sign to reflect on your present state. And read your Moon sign for guidance on how to grow your inner child (no one is perfect). If you find your horoscope helpful, please share it and tag me on social media @monishaholmes. Is your throne built on a solid foundation, Aries? Trust the first answer that comes to mind, and work with your truth—not the performance of strength. If your inner world feels balanced, then allow yourself to actually enjoy the satisfaction that comes with stability. This Full Moon pickles us in whatever container we've chosen—so what are you marinating in? Let the pressure clarify your vision. You were destined to use your inner framework to shape and inspire the world around you. But there's one thing standing between you and flow: your grip on control. Letting your emotions take the lead isn't recklessness—it's art. And all great art requires you to take the mask off. You can't find your soul in a masquerade. It's time to slip out the back door and breathe. Before you transform just for the thrill of it, ask yourself what you're really becoming. Growth doesn't require reinvention if reinvention means abandoning yourself. The stars are aligning in favor of radical self-acceptance. My caution? Don't shapeshift to soothe others. What feels like service might actually be self-erasure. Choose you. As your birthday season deepens, this Moon invites you to double down on softness. Let your emotions slice through indecision like a sword made of water. Your sensitivity isn't a burden—it's your gift. Host a cookout. Hug a cousin. Wear your favorite outfit for no reason. You don't need perfect plans to live a beautiful life. You may need to pause and review your daily rituals, Leo. What feels like stagnation could actually be sacred recalibration. True growth often happens in the pause. Audit your calendar. Rework your habits. Self-discipline is self-love—but only when it's rooted in compassion, not shame. Remember: You're prepping for a season of expansion, not performing for an audience. Let go of the myth that you're only worthy when you're useful. Yes, you're brilliant, analytical, and hardworking. But you're also a creative soul who deserves joy for joy's sake. Text a friend. Go to a poetry slam. Paint badly. The path to wholeness isn't paved with productivity—it's paved with presence. Put the nostalgia down, love—it's clouding your view of what's possible. The past has already been written, but the future is still malleable. If you stop future-telling and start present-living, you might find that you're already in the process of becoming. You don't have to know everything to trust the path. Your desire to connect might place you in a space where you're overgiving to people who benefit from playing helpless. Be careful not to confuse support with self-sacrifice. If no one's asking for a lifeline, you don't need to throw one. Take a break. Drink something fruity. Let life teach you through sweetness, not just intensity. Reevaluating your values isn't betrayal—it's evolution. Growth doesn't mean selling out; it means expanding your definition of what matters. If your soul feels aligned, the resistance will fade. But if something feels off? Pause. Ask yourself if you're investing wisely or buying into someone else's vision of success. You're the main character this lunation, and your lesson is to not go full beast mode. This is about integrating your ambition with grace. Rest isn't weakness—it's fuel. Take stock: Is your grind rooted in joy or fear? Let your people love on you. Tenderness can sharpen your focus more than pressure ever will. You can't intellectualize your way into embodiment. You have a brilliant mind, but your nervous system needs attention, too. Your path to insight? Stillness. Clarity. A nervous system that feels safe enough to receive downloads. Start a mindful practice—even five minutes of silence a day could change your trajectory. You're dripping in divine wisdom, but before you teach others how to be more themselves, make sure you're showing up for your inner artist. That part of you that wants to dance, cry, sing, or rest. Set the boundary. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb. Make your self-expression a priority—not a side project.

The Buck Full Moon Is Coming — This Is What It Means For Each Individual Star Sign

If things are feeling a little off-kilter for you of late, then take solace in the fact that July's Full Moon — which has a more formal, animalistic name of the Buck Moon — is about to rise tomorrow, and with it may come an inevitable stable of distress. The 'Buck Moon' borrows its name from the time when male deer, or bucks, begin to grow their new antlers, a symbol of summer's peak and nature's renewal, per BBC's Sky At Night, and it will be available to witness in London on or around sunset at 9:16 p.m. BST, or moonrise at 9:46 p.m. BST on Thursday, July 10. As well as rising late at night in the Northern Hemisphere, July's Buck Moon is also notable because it's one of the lowest-hanging full moons of the year. That's because the Full Moon is opposite the sun, so it mirrors the sun's position — the Full Moon is at its lowest when the sun is at its highest. In theory, that means July's Full Moons never get very high in the sky. That's not all: this year's Buck Moon is also a catalyst for inner strength and realignment, owing to the tension between Cancer Sun, which dictates our personal lives, and Capricorn Moon, which dictates public ambition. What does that mean exactly? Well, in short, it means that this Full Moon will bring a powerful wave of growth, renewal and reality checks for all twelve zodiac signs. This Buck Moon is a time to reinforce boundaries and unapologetically pursue ambitions. This is everything you need to know about how the Buck Full Moon will impact each and every star sign over the upcoming weeks. The Buck Moon is responsible for supercharging ambition so expect wild urges this month to chase goals that perhaps, until now, you've been burying deep within. Your confidence may begin to spike, but so too may your impatience so channel that energy into a bold move, not a meltdown. Shine bright, but don't bulldoze your way through. Given that this is the Full Moon with most sway over ambition, it's perhaps only right that the Buck Moon will spotlight your finances and values, dear Taurus. It's time to shed old spending habits and invest in what truly matters: emotional security and the relationships that tether you and keep you grounded. Expect a surprise in your comfort zone but rather than running a mile (which may be your natural instinct), embrace it. Communication is your playground this year, Gemini, and July's Buck Moon will well and truly hand you the megaphone. Whatever is on your mind to say though, remember to speak your truth, but don't overshare. Sibling drama or neighbourhood news may surface, but remember that what goes around comes around so try to avoid the urge to engage in frivolous gossip. If there's been a simmering romance burning in the background in your life, this may well be the time to start to enjoy it a little; write, call, connect, but don't forget to listen. The moon is your celestial North Star, and this month's Full Moon promises to truly light up your self-worth. If old, tired insecurities threaten to resurface, channel your inner light. Remember that you've worked hard to be where you are today; there were days when you dreamed of what you have today. Money matters may also demand attention this month, but remember to just budget, there's no need to binge. The Buck Moon lands in your sign this month, Leo, making you even more of the main character than you may be. Use that energy to reinvent your look, your brand, and your attitude; old drama may well fall away, meaning there's every chance that relationships will shift as you demand authenticity. Just remember to keep the people who have supported you from the beginning by your side; loyalty has never meant more. Consider this Buck Moon your cosmic detox, Virgo. If hidden feelings threaten to bubble up, then let them — it's time to release what's no longer serving you. A secret might come to light, but it's liberating, not scandalous and so use the energy it imparts in your life to prepare for a new chapter. Mental and emotional clutter, be gone! July is the social calendar explodes — expect invitations, group chats, and maybe a reunion. The Buck Moon highlights your friendships and future goals but remember that while collaboration is key, so too is setting boundaries. In the romance realm, love has the potential blossom with a friend, or an old flame may reappear so be ready but hold on to balance. That's the ultimate key to happiness. A career makeover is coming your way during this Buck Moon, dear Scorpio, as it puts your ambitions in the spotlight. The moment you've been waiting for is coming too, as the propulsive energy of this Full Moon will lead you to a place of recognition. Own your power, but play nice with people in positions of authority. Remind yourself too that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, so ensure that you attain some semblance of a work-life balance. If you've been hustling for a while, trust that the rewards are close. Adventure beckons this month, Sagittarius, and the Buck Moon is your cosmic passport. Travel, study, or a wild idea may tempt you this month, all that's left for you to do is to say yes and lean into the power of the unknown. Everything is possible. And while it may be time to broaden your horizons, don't ghost your responsibilities — inspiration may strike from afar. Transformation is the name of the game. The Buck Moon will expose what's hidden: debts, desires, or a taboo topic, so ensure that you demand clarity from financial matters (particularly shared resources) that may arise. This month, an intimate relationship will also deepen or end, but before you make any knee-jerk decisions, remember that vulnerability is your secret weapon. Walk away from old baggage that no longer serves you and watch as, like a phoenix from the ashes, you emerge stronger. Partnerships take centre stage this month as the Buck Moon brings clarity to a relationship — romantic, business, or otherwise. It will also force you to make a choice when a pressing decision looms: now is your time to either commit or quit. Remember, though, that amid the chaos communication is key, but so too is compromise. If you're single, a surprising connection could spark and collaboration will reap rewards, but only if you stay true to who you really are. Wellness is your Full Moon focus for the month of July; use the energy that you'll feel to cement habits and routines you've been trying to make stick, but listen to your body rest, hydrate, and skip the drama. There may be a work project that wraps up too, or a new door that opens but remember to organise your chaos. ELLE Collective is a new community of fashion, beauty and culture lovers. The Full Buck Moon In Capricorn Is Coming In Soft & Smooth For You

The Full Buck Moon in Capricorn is coming in like a Billie Eilish song — smooth, soft, soulful, and inspirational. July 10th's Full Moon urges us to connect with ourselves profoundly and delicately by taking a stance that empowers us to break out of dusty patterns and relationships that aren't fulfilling us. This could be a temporary split for the summer, so don't cry just yet. We need a moment away from drama to focus on ourselves. Even though we care for everyone, we love ourselves more and should give ourselves the pep and energy we deserve. A Full Moon occurs when the sun and the moon oppose each other, with the Earth between them. The sun's reflection bouncing off the Earth and onto the moon illuminates the sky. The celestial phenomenon allows us to see matters clearly and unlock secrets. This phase ends the monthly lunar cycle, which changes from New to Full in approximately four weeks. The Full Moon urges us to contemplate and unwind as we reflect on recent events. Spiritually, Full Moons push us to embrace our emotions, let go of patterns, connect with others, and transcend our energy. Performing rituals and manifesting encourages us to release old aspirations and revive them with freshness. It's a moment when we can connect deeply to the universe, so asking the cosmos for help and cultivating our dreams is powerful. If we believe in the intention, we can make it happen IRL. The Buck Moon is so-called because it occurs at the time of year when male deer (bucks) shed and regrow their antlers. This lunation is also known as the Thundermoon (from the many thunderstorms in July), Hay Moon (this is its peak harvest month), and Wyrt Moon (from an old Celtic word for herbs, as this is an ideal time to gather plants for drying). Now let's get down to the deets of the Buck Moon. The Sun in Cancer is endless and boundless, while the Capricorn Moon brings restrictions and limits. When the two 'sister' signs oppose each other in the sky, we have no other option than to try to find the middle ground of the juxtaposing energies. Seems easier than it is. The reason is that finding a safe emotional space for ourselves can be challenging when there are many uncertain things around us in the world. The Full Moon in Capricorn wants to parent us and tell us that everything will be okay. Grounding our energy by immersing ourselves in nature (head out to parks, forests, and hiking trails for the ultimate glow-up, or chill on your balcony and backyard) can be extremely helpful because it allows us to be in a calm environment that adds positive energy to our aura. Finding a support system will be easier than ever (as long as we aren't too hard on others or demanding of their time), due to Mars in Virgo and the Nodes of Destiny aspecting the Full Moon. It'll encourage us to find our tribe and let go of those not aligned with our path. Like I mentioned before, releasing people and matters can be complex and challenging, but it'll lead us to where we need to be, in the company of those who genuinely have our best interests at heart. The most crucial part is finding meaning and value in the lesson. We can thank the universe for the tutorial if we acknowledge that we are in these positions for a reason. The overall story of the Full Moon in Capricorn is to connect with the self and invite our most trusted companions in. We may find that our core group of besties is small, but they're quality peeps that will never let us down. Even in our loneliest moments, they'll send TLC. They will always support our decisions and choices because they believe in us. In return, we shall do the same, not because we have to, but because we will want to. Through the good, bad, and the ugly, we have a crew with our backs and we can lean on. That's what friends are for.

The Strawberry Full Moon Is Coming — This Is What It Means For Each Individual Star Sign

Synonymous with all of the frivolity of the summer months — Pimm's, The event, which will occur this in the UK at approximately 8.44am on June 11, marks the first time in almost 20 years that a full Strawberry Moon will appear in UK skies. The best part? Caused by an event known as a 'major lunar standstill', another Strawberry Full Moon will not occur again until 2043. Read Next There are implications for all of us too when the Strawberry Full Moon takes to the skies this week. This is everything you need to know about how the Strawberry Full Moon will impact each and every Full Moons are typically times when we're collectively challenged to re-evaluate our lives and goals, and this year's Strawberry Full Moon is no exception. Aries, use this period to take stock of how far you've come so far this year and where exactly you want to use the rest of the year to travel to, whether that's geographically, spiritually or emotionally. You might have felt as though your voice hasn't been heard so far this year, Taurus, and if that's the case, then listen up: it's all about to change. Try jotting down the goals you'd like to achieve by the end of this year, and make a solid plan for how you can feasibly achieve them. Nothing is beyond the realm of possibility, Taurus — you just have to believe that you can, apply yourself and you'll get there. Full Moons can be emotionally challenging periods of time as they provoke deep thought about our lives and how we conduct them. If there are emotional conversations you've been avoiding, now is your time to focus on how you can comfortably communicate your feelings and move forward in a way that best serves you. Remember the saying: things worth having never do come easy, and that goes for relationships with good communication, too. Something big, something bold , is taking charge of you during this Full Moon, Cancer. While you've never been one to do things by halves, this Strawberry Full Moon will illuminate the full spectrum of your desires. This is your time to start truly dancing to the beat of your own drum, and nobody else's. If there's an opportunity you've been yearning to take, do it. If there's a figurative jump you've been contemplating, do it. You're entering a period of inner growth, Leo, with the potential for your dreams, beliefs and philosophy to gain traction, too. Eye-opening paths are yours to explore, however you might vacillate between taking space to unravel, and working slowly and steadily to gain a new perspective. But if you have a tendency to shy away from making bold moves, don't. This Strawberry Full Moon will provide you with a metaphorical parachute; all you need to do is jump. If you've spent your life being judged by your harshest inner critic, use the energy generated by this Strawberry Full Moon as the momentum to stop dulling your own light. Instead, start trusting your own instincts — trust yourself . Remember that your critical inner voice is only as amplified as you allow it to be, and never assume that others' inner voices are as critical as your own. Oftentimes, they're not. We all have doubts about our ability to achieve certain goals that we may have, but it's time to change the record. Nobody else dictates the script by which you dictate your life, only you have the power to do that. Use the regenerative energy of the Strawberry Full Moon to do just that: empower yourself with the power of 'yes' and never, ever underestimate the power of a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude). There's change ahead for you this year, Scorpio; all that's left for you to do is to embrace it. This Strawberry Full Moon has the potential to trigger a series of life-altering changes that you've been waiting for, you just need to allow the magic to make the changes it needs to do. You're used to holding on tightly to the reins, but some things will fall together the way that they're meant to — allow them to. While the last twelve months has signalled relationship growth, this period ahead indicates a deepening awareness of what's between you and others, Sagittarius. Your investment in partnerships could be apparent, with stronger bonds forming, and knowledge arising around what you're expected to give in unions. If you're still searching for The One, set intentions for the people the next year could well introduce to your life. Don't allow frustrations and bugbears to eat you up.
