For more information please visit About Jason Aldean: ACM Artist of the Decade and 3X ACM Entertainer of the Year Jason Aldean has garnered 30 No. 1 career hits, over 18 billion streams, and more than 20 million albums sold with 'his own recipe…one that has vaulted him to the pinnacle of Country music success' (Atlanta Journal Constitution). His history-making and prolific career has included nearly two decades of chart-topping hits, including 'Dirt Road Anthem,' 'Don't You Wanna Stay,' 'Fly Over States,' 'She's Country,' 'Big Green Tractor,' 'Amarillo Sky' and more. The Grammy-nominated hit-maker earned the most Top 10 songs on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart-more than any other artist- since his debut in 2005, with 'songs of small-town living, love and loss that have resonated with a loyal fanbase' (Billboard). With the 2023 release of his 11th studio album, HIGHWAY DESPERADO, and his sold-out nationwide Highway Desperado Arena Tour, Aldean continued his 'country superstar status" (Variety). The album earned the Georgia native his first career Hot 100 chart-topping hit with 'Try That In A Small Town'- which earned Billboard Award nominations (2023) for 'Top Song Sales Artist' and 'Top Selling Song'- as well as the fan-favorite track 'Let Your Boys Be Country' and current single, 'Whiskey Drink.' Produced by longtime producer Michael Knox, Highway Desperado followed Aldean's double album, MACON, GEORGIA, which earned the singer/songwriter praise for honing 'in on his vision for this era of his career' and kicking off 'his career's next era' (The Tennessean). The project's featured the history-making, multi-week No. 1 Grammy-nominated "powerful duet" (Rolling Stone) 'If I Didn't Love You' with Carrie Underwood, which won ACM Single of the Year, iHeartRadio Country Song of the Year, and CMT Collaborative Video of the Year as well as Billboard and GRAMMY nominations. Currently in the studio working on new music, Aldean most recently graced the cover of Hook & Barrel Magazine's January 2025 Cover, where he spoke about his career to date and new music and what is on the horizon in 2025. For more information, visit About Corey Kent: 'Poised to be country's latest red dirt star' (Rolling Stone), Corey Kent, a proud husband and father, has become a decorated artist on the rise, growing from humble heartland roots into a Triple-Platinum certified No. 1 hit maker with one billion career streams. Rising from the vibrant Red Dirt country scene as the embodiment of authenticity, Kent set his sights on Nashville as a teen, bringing his self-penned catalog of country-rock anthems with him. But after the pandemic coincided with the loss of his first publishing deal, Kent was forced to move to Texas and get a job on a paving crew to pay the bills, yet he stubbornly refused to call music quits, with honky-tonks and dancehalls on both sides of the Red River becoming his stomping ground. Fast forward a few years and the hit single 'Wild As Her' proved he was right all along. An untamed tribute to a free-spirited stunner, the track re-invigorated Kent's career as a now Triple-Platinum-certified No. 1 at country radio, and the lead single off his major label album debut, Blacktop. Despite never cracking country radio's Top 40, Kent's trust-your-gut second single 'Something's Gonna Kill Me' went Gold, proving his message was connecting. And momentum kept building, with Kent hitting the road alongside Jason Aldean, Ashley McBryde, Parker McCollum and more. Next-big-thing accolades came in from CMT, Opry Next Stage and more, but even as Kent became the most played new artist on country radio for all of 2023, he kept the underdog, who-cares-about-conventional-wisdom mentality. And so did his fans. For Kent, the point was that his fans have the same independent spirit he does, and he took that lesson into his next chapter. Settled into his ranch in Texas and intent on being fully present with his family while also achieving his dreams, Kent most recently released his sophomore major-label album, Black Bandana, to critical acclaim, with MusicRow Magazine describing the title track as 'gently but unrelentingly uplifting.' Often seen with a black bandana around his neck, Black Bandana holds great meaning for Kent - it's his rally cry. This album is about finding balance, keeping clear eyes on what's important – and waving that Black Bandana for all to see. For the latest news and information about Corey Kent, visit

Nate Smith Was Eating and Drinking Too Much. Then, He Made a Major Change: 'I Was Killing Myself' (Exclusive)
Musician Nate Smith says he knew he needed to cut back on alcohol and switch to a healthier diet after he "got pretty heavy" in recent years By partying less and making small tweaks to his diet — like eating more protein and changing his coffee order — Smith tells PEOPLE he has since lost 55 lbs. Smith says he hopes to lose more, but is "way happier" now and feels better than he used toNate Smith knew he had a weight problem. 'I feel like the last few years I got pretty heavy,' Smith, 39, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview from his home outside of Nashville. 'Every day, I would look in the mirror and I just felt bad about myself. I just was so depressed, and literally, I didn't like the way I looked. I didn't like the way my clothes fit. It's something I've been sad about for a long time.' Smith also knew that there was a time when he was drinking far too much. 'Last year and the year before were a blur,' admits Smith, who burst on the country music scene back in 2022 with his number one hit 'Whiskey on You.' He says, 'I was drunk so often at shows. I was trying to find an escape, and literally that was my thing. It was the funnest time of my life, but I didn't realize I was killing myself. You can't party every day. It has to be a treat, especially if you want to be here for the long haul.' But last fall, fate seemed to step in at just the right moment, when the country music hitmaker was diagnosed with a respiratory infection that had him paying attention to his health for the first time in a long time. 'I was eating healthy for two days and I thought we might as well just do it now,' he recalls of the beginnings of his weight loss journey. 'I was kind of over it.' So, at the urging of his brother, Smith began a high protein diet and started counting calories. 'But I was still struggling,' remembers Smith, whose current single is the top 20 flamethrower 'Fix What You Didn't Break.' 'I mean, I like white mochas in the morning at Starbucks," he says with a laugh. "But I started just reducing the pumps of the mocha. And then eventually I did sugar-free vanilla. Now I do sugar-free vanilla and a half and half in my coffee, and I don't even think about it. Smith says he's "not dieting" — instead, he's "just making little changes.' And those little changes have resulted in a 55-pound weight loss so far for the 'World on Fire' hitmaker. 'I feel like a whole new person,' exclaims Smith, who will head out this summer with fellow country music powerhouse Jason Aldean on his Full Throttle Tour. Certainly, Smith admits that weight battles have long run in the family. But in recent years, they all have begun to fight back. 'My mom sort of led the charge, since she's been doing aerobics for years,' Smith recalls. 'And then my brother [social media influencer Kyle Smith, otherwise known as Tasty Shreds] went high protein and low calorie and lost 80 pounds.' And while Smith says he still wants to lose more weight, some things will never change. 'I hate working out more than anything in the world,' he laughs. 'I don't run. I just can't relate to someone who says they love to run.' Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. But all jokes aside, the battle is still very real for the musician. 'I still struggle with some binge eating,' says Smith, quick to point to a dirty macaroni and cheese pot in his sink from the night before. 'And if I want to have it, I'm going to have it. But I want to find a way to make it a treat versus a lifestyle thing. If I decide I'm going to have mac and cheese, it's OK.' 'I'm not even close to my goal,' Smith continues, 'but I'm way happier where I'm at, and I feel like better about the way I look.' Read the original article on People

Jason Aldean to bring 'Full Throttle Tour' to Twin Cities
Country singer Jason Aldean is bringing his "Full Throttle Tour" to the Twin Cities. The tour will make a stop at St. Paul's Xcel Energy Center on Saturday, Sept. 6. Presale tickets go on sale Wednesday at 10 a.m. CT and regular onsale begins at 10 a.m. CT on Friday via Ticketmaster's website. Aldean last performed in the state as a headliner for the Winstock Country Music Festival in June will be joined by special guests Nate Smith, Raelynn and Dee Jay Silver. Aldean has garnered a list of accolades over the years, with 27 number one singles, more than 20 million albums sold and over 15 billion streams. He won the American Country Music (ACM) Artist of the Decade award for 2010-2020 and earned an ACM Entertainer of the Year nomination. Aldean's last studio album, Highway Desperado, was released in 2023. The country music star was the source of controversy that same year for his song "Try That in a Small Town," which reached No. 1 on the Billboard's Hot 100 chart. Following the release of the music video, some accused it of being a coded endorsement of racism and gun violence, which both Aldean and the video's producers have denied.
