Global Real Estate Exhibition Cityscape to Be Held in Riyadh

Riyadh will host Cityscape Global 2025, an international real estate expo featuring over 450 exhibitors, 500 speakers, and a global audience from across the property sector. Cityscape Global, the world's largest real estate exhibition, will return to Riyadh from November 17th to the 20th at the Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham. The upcoming edition, organised by Tahaluf and co-sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), and the Housing Program, will spotlight the theme 'The Future of Urban Living'. Expected to draw more than 172,000 delegates from across the real estate value chain, Cityscape Global 2025 builds on the momentum of last year's event, which recorded over USD 61 billion in real estate transactions. The 2024 edition hosted over 20,000 international delegates representing 121 countries and featured participation from more than 70 global developers. This year, over 450 exhibitors and 500 speakers are confirmed. The event will include a range of programming tailored to advancing innovation and fostering global partnerships. VIP networking streams will cater to institutional investors and major international developers. The Future of Living Summit will address emerging trends in artificial intelligence, PropTech, and sustainable urban design. Additional content will be presented on the DnA Stage, where experts will explore human-centric planning, retrofitting, and new developments in construction. This year's edition will see significant participation from countries such as the United States, China, India, the United Kingdom, Italy, the UAE, Qatar, and Jordan.

TDT | Manama With over $5 trillion in capital set to be unlocked, Cityscape Global 2025 is poised to showcase Saudi Arabia's growing influence in shaping the future of urban living. Returning to Riyadh this November, the world's largest real estate event will bring together more than 450 exhibitors, 500 speakers, and global investors seeking access to the Kingdom's giga projects and real estate transformation. Organised under the theme 'The Future of Urban Living', this year's edition is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority, Vision 2030, and the Housing Program. The event is expected to draw more than 172,000 participants from across the global real estate value chain. Giga projects in spotlight Cityscape Global has become synonymous with the scale and ambition of Saudi Arabia's real estate strategy. Alongside the Kingdom's showcase of flagship developments, the 2025 event will welcome over 70 international developers and 20,000 global attendees. Prominent brands confirmed for the exhibition include Qatari Diar, JLL, Raffles Residences Diriyah, Hovnanian Real Estate, and BID 3D Models. This year's conference will also spotlight urban innovation and smart design through four key forums: the Future of Living Summit, the DnA Stage for developers and architects, the Innovation Arena for PropTech startups, and ESTAAD, a new platform focused on the international stadiums, sports and entertainment infrastructure ecosystem. Backed by vision Speaking about the significance of the event, His Excellency Majed bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, said Cityscape Global supports efforts to 'develop integrated urban communities, improve the quality of life, and drive sustainable economic growth' in alignment with Vision 2030. Faisal Al-Khamissi, Chairman of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, added that last year's edition saw transactions exceed $61 billion with participation from 121 countries, reinforcing Cityscape's rising global stature. He expressed confidence that 2025 would deliver even greater outcomes for developers and investors worldwide. A global cast This year's speaker lineup includes former Melbourne mayor Sally Capp, global ConTech investor Darren Bechtel, architect Stefano Boeri, former New York Parks Commissioner Mitchell Silver, and Anil Erdem of BentallGreenOak. Their participation reflects the event's global positioning and thought leadership profile. Participating countries include the USA, China, India, the UK, Italy, the UAE, Qatar, and Jordan, underscoring the breadth of international engagement. Developers such as Ajdan, Dar wa Emaar, Al Majdiah, OSUS, and Mohammed Al Habib are among those confirmed as Diamond Partners. With Vision 2030 deadlines approaching, Cityscape Global 2025 presents Saudi Arabia as a force not just in urban design but in economic diplomacy and global real estate leadership.
