A Liberty City license plate, a Liberty City Cycles hat, and the implication that Lucia might have origins in the northern city have all sparked massive debate. One fan wrote 'There is a good chance that it is included in the game, and even if we are not able to fully explore it, I'm pretty sure we will visit Liberty City at some point in the game for a mission.
