Greenway Technologies Announces Uplisting to OTCQB Venture Market

GTL, Exxaro Tiles zoom up to 85% in 1-mth; time to sell these penny stocks?
Shares of penny stocks - GTL and Exxaro Tiles have zoomed up to 73 per cent in the last one month amid the overall rally in the equity market. GTL and Exxaro Tiles are considered as penny stocks for the individual share price quoted around ₹10-mark. GTL from levels of ₹7.80 on May 9 soared nearly 67 per cent to a high of ₹13 on June 12. Similarly, Exxaro Tiles stock price from ₹5.90, skyrocketed by 85 per cent to a high of ₹10.90 per share. In comparison, the NSE Nifty 50 index advanced 3.7 per cent, and the Nifty Microcap index soared over 15 per cent in the same period. GTL, Exxaro Tiles - trading volume jumps multi-fold On the NSE, GTL witnessed up to a 10-fold jump in trading volumes in the last two trading sessions. The average daily traded volume from around 10 lakh per day surged to over 18.30 million shares on Thursday, June 12. Today, so far, GTL stock has declined 7.5 per cent to ₹11.22, amid volume of around 23 lakh shares on the NSE. The 52-week high of GTL stands at ₹16.41, and the 52-week low is at ₹7.59. The company's market capitalisation is ₹177 crore. Similarly, trading volume at Exxaro Tiles counter soared to near 79 lakh shares per day as against the average volume of around 7 - 8 lakh shares in the preceding one month. On Friday, Exxaro Tiles stock price was up 1.5 per cent at ₹10.27. The counter witnessed trades of around 11.8 lakh shares thus far on the NSE. At present, Exxaro Tiles market capitalisation has increased to ₹460 crore, with the stock seen trading near its 52-week high, which stands at ₹11.60. The 52-week for Exxaro Tiles stock is ₹5.45. On the earnings front, GTL reported a massive 91.8 per cent fall in Q4 net profit at ₹11.21 crore for the quarter ended March 2025 when compared with ₹136.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2024. Income from operations, however, increased by 6.4 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to ₹69.90 crore from ₹65.69 crore. Meanwhile, Exxaro Tiles Q4 net profit zoomed 192.5 per cent to ₹3.51 crore for the quarter ended March 2025 as against ₹1.20 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago. Sales rose 19.1 per cent YoY to ₹94.98 crore from ₹79.77 crore. GTL, Exxaro Tiles - what should investors do? Kranthi Bathini, Equity Strategist at WealthMills Securities recommends that in times of a market rally, we tend to see some kind of exuberance in select stocks with lesser fundamentals, including penny stocks, which witness a momentum-driven rally. The analyst, however, cautions that it is not advisable to invest in penny stocks, as they are quite often associated with high risks. "Finding an exact top or bottom in these kinds of stocks is extremely difficult, for they just get traded based on the fear-and-greed of the market", explains Kranthi Bathini. For investors holding positions in such stock, Kranthi advises to follow strict trading stop-losses. Technical view on GTL, Exxaro Tiles GTL share price is seen quoting above the 200-Day Moving Average (200-DMA) for the second straight trading session. The 200-DMA stands at ₹11.10. A close above ₹11 on Friday is necessary for the stock to sustain its upward trend. As such, the stock can potentially rally to ₹15.80 levels. On the other hand, break and sustained trade below ₹10-mark shall dismantle the present bullish stance at the counter. Following which, the stock can potentially drift back towards ₹7 levels. Exxaro Tiles has conquered its 200-DMA, and is now seen attempting a close above the 100-Week Moving Average, which stands at ₹9.90. Technically, this shall indicate a positive sign for the stock, and which can lead it towards ₹12.40 levels. Key support for the stock on the downside stands at ₹8.30 and ₹7 levels, show technical charts.

Siouxland schools revamp GTL program
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — An agreement between Wayne State College, Northeast Community College, and South Sioux City Community School will help students participate in the district's Gateway to Learning Program. The alternative high school is designed to support students who may have challenges within a traditional school setting. The project helps students succeed, but positions the program to help even more high school students. 'We couldn't be more excited to have our alternative education students relocate to a college center where, every day, they walk through the doors of a college center and have greater access to pursue their post-high school plans. And so that is a game changer for our kids, and we couldn't be more excited,' said the superintendent of South Sioux City Schools, Dr. Rony Ortega. Local college officials say the partnership with the school district will assist in enhancing their current offerings for their programs. 'It just makes perfect sense that we use our resources efficiently and we remove those barriers, the barriers of space, the barriers of access in this process,' said Janet Lebeza of Wayne State College. The existing GTL program is currently housed at 1000 West 29th Street. At the college center, the program will have 5 rooms and a corridor. President of Northeast Community College, r. Leah Barrett, said 'to be able to come here as high school students and then just in the flip of a switch, get to be here as a college student, taking classes and finding a way to really learn what they want to do and what they want to live their life doing.' In the press release, she said, 'Welcoming the GTL program to the College Center is a great step to building pathways to higher education for young people who may not have been college-bound. The students will have the benefit of stepping into a college facility every day for high school classes as well as multiple opportunities to participate in dual enrollment courses from Northeast and Wayne State.' The students in the new GTL high school will have new opportunities, one of which is welding. According to the release, the students will take welding and general education courses at the College Campus and finish their remaining high school requirements on Fridays or outside of the typical school day. Students will have access to tuition-free content because of Northeast's free Early College program. Students will be responsible for their own textbooks, course fees, and tools. And, according to the release, this is where the new partnership needs assistance. Students may need help paying for textbooks, course fees, and tools. The director of the South Sioux City Extended Campus said that students who participate will graduate in May with a high school diploma and a welding diploma. She also said, 'We do not want these expenses to be a barrier to students, and therefore we are committed to securing sponsorships and in-kind donations to ensure a successful launch.' Katowice Airport: Record-breaking passenger traffic in May 2025
Katowice Airport recorded its best May ever in 2025, handling 655,818 passengers – a 12.5% increase driven by charter growth. The Upper Silesian Aviation Group (Górnośląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze S.A. – GTL S.A.) – the company managing Katowice Wojciech Korfanty International Airport in Pyrzowice, Poland – has summarized passenger traffic for the fifth month of 2025. In May 2025, Katowice Airport handled 655 818 passengers, i.e. 72 707 more (+12.5%) than at the same time last year. It was the best May in the airport's history; the record-breaking result from May 2024, when 583 111 travelers were handled, was surpassed. Last month, the Airport network of regular flights, handled by Wizz Air, Ryanair, LOT Polish Airlines and Air Dolomiti/Lufthansa, resulted in 312 359 passengers being handled; that's 28 994 travelers more (+10.2%) than in May 2024. 342 127 persons flew on charter flights, which are operated for travel agencies; that's 43 938 more (+14.7%) than last year. In May, Katowice Airport saw 4,863 aircraft takeoffs and landings, i.e. 313 more (+6.9%) in comparison with the same time in 2024. 'May was yet another record-breaking month at Katowice Airport. In June, we expect further considerable growth of passenger traffic, both on regular and charter flights. In the former segment, the growth will be spearheaded by Wizz Air's expansion of its base in Katowice. At the beginning of June, the carrier launched three new routes at Katowice Airport: Pisa, Chișinău and Madrid, and added a sixth Airbus A320 family aircraft to its base,' said Artur Tomasik, President of the Board of the Upper Silesian Aviation Group, the company managing the Airport. From January to the end of May 2025, Katowice Airport handled 2 171 616 passengers, i.e. 304 884 more (+16.3%) than last year. On 24 May (Saturday), Katowice Airport handled the two-millionth passenger in 2025. Never in the history of the airport have so many passengers been handled so quickly. The record from 2024, when the two-millionth passenger was served on 6 June, was beaten. During the first five months of 2025, the Airport handled 1 246 804 persons on regular flights – 88 325 more (+7.6%) than in 2024 – while 905 154 passengers traveled on charter flights from Pyrzowice, i.e. 202 549 more (+28.8%) than at the same time last year. From January to the end of May 2025, Katowice Airport noted 17 461 aircraft takeoffs and landings, i.e. 1 441 more (+9.0%) than last year.
