Salman Khan sells his 1318 sqft Mumbai apartment for Rs... Bollywood actor Salman Khan has sold one of his apartments in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 5.35 crore, according to property registration documents viewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website. The deal was officially registered in July 2025. The apartment sold by Salman Khan is located in Shiv Asthan Heights. Covering a built-up area of 122.45 square meters (around 1,318 sqft), the property also includes three parking spaces, which significantly attract its market appeal. As per report, the sale incurred a stamp duty of Rs 32.01 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30000. Bandra continues to remain one of the most expensive and posh real estate hubs in Mumbai. The area is well-connected through the Western Express Highway, Upcoming metro lines with major proximity to major business districts. It is a home to several major Bollywood celebrities such as Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Kriti Sanon, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan. Bollywood's IT couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are all set to move in soon to their new Bandra West apartment. Meanwhile, on the professional front, Salman Khan is gearing up to host the upcoming season of Bigg Boss. Reportedly, the show will air in August, and will continue for the next few months. However, nothing has been officially announced by the makers yet. Besides that, the actor is set to star in the upcoming film 'Battle of Galwan', featuring Chitrangda Singh along with him. The film is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley Conflict between Indian and Chinese armed forces.
