Second suspect in Gates County ABC store theft arrested
GATES COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — The second suspect involved in larceny at an ABC Store on US 13 last month has been arrested, according to the Gates County Sheriff's Office.
Gates County deputies look for suspects in connection to ABC larceny
On Friday, June 27, a man entered the store and placed several bottles of alcohol under his shirt.
Following a thorough investigation, deputies identified the suspect as Donald Ray Streeter. With the assistance of the North Carolina Department of Public Safety and the Pitt County Sheriff's Office, he was taken into custody and charged with habitual larceny, possession of stolen goods and conspiracy.
Streeter is currently being held on a $20,000 secured bond.
