The Woman Behind the Man Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has been one of Claire (Hayley Erin) and Kyle's (Michael Mealor) biggest cheerleaders. She thinks their relationship is wonderful! But what if Nikki is only saying this because she doesn't want to upset her newfound granddaughter…or the perpetually prickly Victoria (Amelia Heinle)? Why would Nikki want to live through Act Two of that? What if Nikki is the brains behind the whole Audra (Zuleyka Silver) plan? She's the one pulling the strings! MORE: Find out what happens next on Y&R. The Woman Behind the Woman But Nikki is smart. And, we have to assume… bored. Sure, Victor (Eric Braeden) made her head of Chancellor Industries. Kyle Confronts Audra Over Her Games Kyle (Michael Mealor) found himself face-to-face with Audra (Zuleyka Silver) in the maze. He called her out for her manipulative behavior, accusing her of sabotaging his relationship with Claire (Hayley Erin). Audra attempted to defend her actions, insisting she had only been vulnerable, but Kyle wasn't having any of it. He mocked her, saying she had overplayed her hand and that no one would believe her version of events. The back-and-forth between them escalated quickly, with Kyle clearly unconvinced by Audra's excuses. He was confident that her career was now over and that her attempts to worm her way out of this would fail. Audra tried to shift the conversation, claiming Kyle's real fear was that he wasn't good enough for Claire, but Kyle remained unshaken. He wasn't backing down, and Audra's attempts at playing the victim only fueled his resolve. Could Audra defeat Kyle? Jack Faces Reality with Billy Over in their sleeping car, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters) had a tense conversation, and it was all about Billy (Jason Thompson). Jack was starting to lose faith in his brother as Billy's recent behavior seemed erratic. Jack admitted to Diane that Billy was making increasingly risky decisions, including his desire to take on Victor (Eric Braeden) and Jill (Jess Walton) without a solid plan. Diane tried to remind Jack of how much he had done for his brother, but Jack couldn't shake the feeling that he had been enabling Billy. READ THIS: What happens when everyone returns to Genoa City? Victor Demands The Truth Victor (Eric Braeden) cornered Carter (Vincent Stalba) as the tension between them ramped up. The powerful businessman was on a mission to get the truth about what was really happening behind the scenes, especially regarding Nick's arrest. Victor pushed Carter hard, questioning his role in the situation and wondering if he was somehow involved in framing Nick. Carter, however, remained steadfast in his loyalty to Cane (Billy Flynn), insisting that he was innocent and had no hand in any of the actions that led to Nick's confinement. But Victor wasn't buying it. He didn't trust anyone associated with Cane, suspecting that Carter's blind loyalty could have led him to cover up for his boss. The tension between the two men reached a boiling point as Victor implied that Carter might be helping cover up a much larger conspiracy, possibly involving more than just Nick's imprisonment. Carter denied all allegations, stating that he owed everything to Cane for rescuing him from a tough past and that he would never betray him. Victor wasn't ready to let Carter off the hook. He warned Carter that if he was indeed involved in something underhanded, the consequences would be severe. Still, Carter remained firm, refusing to implicate Cane and vowing to stay loyal to his benefactor. WATCH NOW: Don't miss the latest episode of Soap Hub Says. Solve the daily Crossword

Nikki Faces A Critical Test As Victor's Power Play Unfolds In Y&R Spoilers, July 25
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, July 25 remind that Victor has the knack for making any situation about himself, while Nikki hesitates to insert herself into a delicate situation. Victor Demands the Spotlight Victor (Eric Braeden) was fine being stuck on a French mountain as long as all conversations were about him and his ongoing ownership of Chancellor Industries. Since everyone was talking and thinking about him, he could put up with the inconvenience of not being in Genoa City. But now that attention has shifted from him to the dead Damian (Jermaine Rivers)—or, worse, the obviously innocent Nick (Joshua Morrow)—Victor feels the need to roar and put everybody in their place. So, listen up. He won't be repeating himself. Kyle's Plea Puts Nikki In a Tight Spot Kyle (Michael Mealor) went running to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) to tell her about big, bad Victor (Eric Braeden) colluding with Audra (Zuleyka Silver) to break up Kyle and his latest true love, Claire (Hayley Erin). Kyle needs Nikki to fix this! Now! But that would put Nikki (is she in on the whole thing?) in the position of disagreeing with Victor. And he hates that. Is now a good time for them to be at odds? When they should be working together for Nick… and against Cane (Billy Flynn). READ THIS: Will Lily find love with this unexpected Y&R hottie? Billy and Sally's Unexpected Offer Billy (Jason Thompson) has been so busy yelling at Jack (Peter Bergman) for not agreeing with everything Billy says that he hasn't had much time for Sally (Courtney Hope). She's been swimming a lot off-screen. But now she's back, dried off, and itching to do something productive. Good thing Nick and Sharon (Sharon Case) need help. Will Sally and Billy step up? And what will they ask for in return? Because no one on that mountain is doing ANYTHING unless there's something in it for them. Solve the daily Crossword

Another agreed, writing, 'Hunter King, but I doubt if she'll come back since she's doing Hallmark movies now.' Meanwhile, other fans on Facebook argued that Summer isn't needed on the show. Could Sharon Be Hiding a Dark Secret? Y&R Fans Spot Clues in Damian's Shocking Murder
The search for Damian's killer continues on The Young and the Restless. Fans have chimed in with their theories on the murderer. The latest suspect is beloved heroine Sharon. Is Sharon a Murderer? Sharon (Sharon Case) has a history of being involved in murders and cover-ups. Last year, she was arrested for Heather's (Vail Bloom) murder. However, charges were dropped after it was revealed Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and Ian (Ray Wise) were responsible for Heather's death. Although Sharon would never intentionally kill someone, fans aren't so sure. On Reddit, a new Y&R fan theory points to Sharon being Damian's (Jermaine Rivers) killer. One fan offered clues as to why they think Sharon is guilty. The killer was wearing dark clothing and had small hands, just like Sharon. Sharon was in a dark outfit when she disappeared before Damian's murder. While it's an interesting theory, it's drawn mixed reactions from other fans. A few agree that Sharon could be the killer. 'Sharon was the first one to come to mind for me, too,' one viewer wrote. 'I hate to say it, you're probably right. But geez, not another Sharon murder!' declared one user. However, most people believe that Sharon isn't Damian's killer. 'Sharon's not a knife thrower,' wrote one fan. 'Where did Sharon learn the art of knife throwing? And what would be her motive for killing Damian??' another fan asked. Like the rest of the guests at the chalet, Sharon is a suspect. However, having Sharon be involved in another murder so soon seems unlikely. Plus, Sharon and Damian seemed friendly in their brief interactions, so it doesn't appear she'd want to harm him. Unless someone tampered with her meds again. Got a wild take on your favorite soap? Send it to news@ and start our next buzz-worthy talk.
