Police investigate Georgian Mall robbery
Police in Barrie are investigating an alleged robbery at Georgian mall on the eve of Canada Day.
In a social media post by the Barrie Police Service (BPS), officers were called to the mall just after 8 p.m. for reports of a robbery.
Police say three suspects smashed glass display cases and fled in a dark-coloured car with a stolen licence plate.
Police confirmed that no injuries were reported in the incident.
Anyone with information that may assist the ongoing investigation is asked to contact the BPS.
