Inter monitoring Stuttgart's Angelo Stiller as Calhanoglu replacement

Angelo Stiller is a name that has been linked to the European elite intensely over the last year or so. Now, Inter are seemingly interested in bringing the German midfielder to Italy. As per the reliable Gianluigi Longari, the Nerrazzuri have Stiller in their sights, if Hakan Calhanoglou does end up leaving. Given the recent public war of words between Calhanoglou and Inter captain Lautaro Martinez, it will be surprising if the Turkish midfielder ends up staying. There is heavy interest from Galatasaray and Inter are reportedly open to selling the player. Stiller would make a very good replacement for Cristian Chivu's side. Advertisement The 24 year old is an excellent passer and reader of the game from deeper midfield areas and he has also been linked to Real Madrid too this summer. It has been touted that Stuttgart will ask for €40m for the midfielder who has been touted as the 'new Toni Kroos '. Kaulik Mitra | GIFN

Report – Agent Of Inter Milan Outcast In Talks With Besiktas

The agent of out-of-favour Inter Milan striker Mehdi Taremi is reportedly in talks with Turkish Super Lig club Besiktas. This according to Italian transfer journalist Gianluigi Longai. He reports in a tweet that the Iranian's entourage are looking for an exit route for him after an underwhelming first season at Inter. Advertisement Striker Mehdi Taremi joined Inter Milan last summer. He arrived on a free transfer after his contract with Porto had expired. However, it would be fair to say that Taremi has not met expectations at Inter. The 32-year-old finished the season having scored only three goals for the Nerazzurri. L'Inter cerca una sistemazione per Mehdi #Taremi. L'agente del giocatore sta sondando il mercato in Turchia, e ha avuto contatti con il #Besiktas. Al momento nessun dialogo diretto tra i due club. — Gianluigi Longari (@Glongari) June 23, 2025 Therefore, there is a sense that, even though Taremi may have enjoyed a few positive moments, by and large he has been below par. (Photo by) It is hardly a secret that Inter Milan would be happy to get rid of Mehdi Taremi at this stage. This is particularly the case because the Nerazzurri have other plans in attack. Therefore, a departure for the Iranian international would make room for arrivals such as Manchester United's Rasmus Hojlund. Advertisement The big question, however, has been where Mehdi Taremi could go next. According to Italian transfer journalist Gianluigi Longari, the player's agent has been looking around at possible next clubs for him. And Longari reports that the agent has been in talks with Istanbul giants Besitkas.

Italian Transfer Expert Predicts Big Summer For Inter Milan: ‘First Worry-Free Window In Five Years, They'll Sign Starting Quality Players'

Italian Transfer Expert Predicts Big Summer For Inter Milan: 'First Worry-Free Window In Five Years, They'll Sign Starting Quality Players' Italian transfer market expert Gianluigi Longari expects that Inter Milan 'will sign starting quality players this summer.' Longari outlined the Nerazzurri's transfer strategy for the upcoming summer window on SportItalia. He notes that it will be 'the first worry-free window in five years' for Inter. Advertisement Last summer, Inter Milan had a very quiet transfer window. The priority had been to keep the existing squad together. Therefore, there were only a few signings, and no major outgoings. By contrast, the previous summer had seen a whopping twelve players leave, and twelve come in to replace them. One thing that has been consistent at Inter in recent years has been that the transfer window has seen the club need to meet financial targets. Inter have had to make big sales of players like Achraf Hakimi, Romelu Lukaku, Marcelo Brozovic, and Andre Onana. That could all change this time around, however. And with it, the club's transfer strategy may well be different. (Photo by) SportItalia transfer market report Gianluigi Longari notes that 'Inter, who supposedly have 'two teams' actually have no more than 13-14 players who can guarantee a level of competitiveness.' Advertisement 'And they have a salary level that's nowhere near their top rivals in Europe,' he goes on. Longari notes that Inter Milan 'have been on a European campaign as the team that missed out on the Champions League for a decade.' 'And failed to get past the group stage in three seasons under Spalletti and Conte.' 'But this will allow the Nerazzurri to have a worry-free summer transfer window for the first time in five years.' 'Without having to think about ensuring their [financial] survival.' Longari notes, 'rather, they can focus on building and increasing the level of the squad.' 'Above all, in terms of their standing on the continent.' Advertisement 'And perhaps add a couple players worthy of being among the fourteen or so starters mentioned above.' 'This could allow them to consistently sit at the table of the top teams on the continent,' Longari suggests. 'And have the prospect of once again repeating their assault on the biggest prize of all.'
