Godawari Power & Ispat invests in newly incorporated Godawari New Energy
Godawari Power & Ispat has acquired 10,000 equity shares of Rs.10/-each of Godawari New Energy (GNEPL) amounting to Rs. 1,00,000 representing 100% equity shares of the Company on 08 July 2025. The GNEPL is a newly incorporated company as on 25 June 2025, engaged in Energy Sector and having paid-up capital of Rs.1,00,000 divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs.10/-each.

Godawari Power & Ispat receives PGCIL approval for its steel billets
Godawari Power & Ispat announced that the steel billets (HT billets conforming to IS 14650) manufactured by the company have been approved by Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) vide its letter dated 02 July 2025. As a result of this approval, the company has become eligible to supply entire range of HT steel billets to all manufacturers of galvanised steel structures for the transmission projects of PGCIL.

Godawari Power & Ispat consolidated net profit rises 1.35% in the March 2025 quarter
Sales decline 4.04% to Rs 1468.08 crore Net profit of Godawari Power & Ispat rose 1.35% to Rs 221.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 218.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales declined 4.04% to Rs 1468.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 1529.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. For the full year,net profit declined 13.22% to Rs 811.67 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 935.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales declined 1.46% to Rs 5375.73 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 5455.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.
