U.S. Private-Equity Firm I Squared Leads Race for KKR's Singapore Logistics Asset
U.S. private-equity firm I Squared Capital has emerged as a leading contender to acquire KKR's KKR 3.03%increase; green up pointing triangle Singapore-based supply chain and logistics company, valued at up to $1.5 billion, people familiar with the process said. I Squared is conducting due diligence for KKR's logistics company, Goodpack, the people said. Other bidders for the asset include global investment firms such as Brookfield Asset Management and Apollo Global Management, they said.

KKR's Goodpack Sale Is Said to Attract Apollo, Brookfield, I Squared, Stonepeak
KKR & Co. 's revived attempt to potentially sell container and logistics services provider Goodpack has attracted interest from global investment firms including Apollo Global Management Inc., I Squared Capital and Stonepeak Partners, according to people familiar with the process. Others including Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. have expressed preliminary interest, the people said, asking not to be identified because the deliberations are private. Chinese firms including China Merchants Group Ltd. could also be interested and may team up with logistics companies including China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., the people said.
