If you're looking to save some money this summer (and who isn't?) then now is the perfect time to get your hands on the Gozney Roccbox Pizza Oven, as it just landed in the Amazon Prime Day sale. Originally priced at £399.99, it's now been slashed by £80, bringing the price down to £319.99, marking its lowest price in at least 30 days. The portable pizza oven fits conveniently on a countertop or table, or can even be placed on the ground if you're using it whilst camping. It has foldable legs and a compact design which make it easy to transport, so you can set it up in minutes and take it anywhere from the beach to the campsite. Reaching temperatures of around 500 degrees, the Gozney Roccbox Pizza Oven will also cook a pizza up to 12 inches in under 60 seconds. It's also brilliant at retaining heat, so you can cook multiple pizzas one after the other in a matter of minutes. It runs on gas and has a stone-floor design which gives you proper authentic pizzas that cook evenly and are guaranteed to be perfectly cooked every time. You can also use it to sear meat, roast vegetables and cook flatbreads, all with minimal set up and next to now waiting time. However Amazon shoppers have been more than happy with their Gozney Roccbox Pizza Oven, rating it 4.4 out of 5 stars. One wrote: 'Bought this just before Christmas and have not had a chance to use it yet. The quality is impressive and delivery was as great as always. A friend has one, so I know how good these are.' Whilst another compared it positively to other brands, saying: 'I used to have an Ooni but wanted a gas oven and the Gozney's seem better. This is definitely a step up and feels like it'll last years. It's ready to go straight out of the box, just needs a gas bottle. I've been using it for about 4 months, I've made countless pizzas and it's really great. Not cheap at £399 but you can easily achieve restaurant quality pizza at home if you get the dough right. The stone is nice and thick and it holds heat better than the Ooni did, therefore you can put pizzas in one after the other rather than having to wait for the stone to reheat.' On the Gozney website, one shopper had issues, saying: 'The product has a premium price and is marketed as a product you can travel with but but has no way of moving it without spending more money on a cover because the strap that comes with it to 'take out of the box once' is of poor quality.' Another struggled with the cooking, saying: 'I love how it looks, and made of good quality. Just having a hard time making pizzas with it. They are either under cooked and burnt or just burnt.' Others however had more success, saying: 'Pizza oven is lovely. Great quality and cook quality is incredible. I'm getting better at using it with each Friday evening.'
