The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has announced the provisional results of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Compartmental & Improvement Examinations 2025 on the afternoon of July 16, 2025. Students who appeared for these exams can download their provisional marksheets from the official NBSE portal — According to the official notification issued on July 11, soft copies of the result will be available online, and candidates can use them to check their performance. Meanwhile, the Board has informed that documents related to the results will be issued to Centre Superintendents only from July 18, 2025. Centre Superintendents are responsible for collecting the documents and distributing them to the schools under their respective centres. Stream-wise result statistics In the Arts stream, 965 candidates appeared, with a total of 444 students passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 46.01%. Male candidates had a pass rate of 42.22%, while female candidates performed better with a pass rate of 51.23%. In Commerce, 146 candidates appeared, with 65 passing and an overall pass percentage of 44.52%. Male students passed at a rate of 42.06%, while female students had a pass percentage of 51.28%. The Science stream saw 645 candidates appear, with 234 passing and an overall pass percentage of 36.28%. The pass percentage for male candidates was 36.65%, and for female candidates, it was 35.99%. Assam HSLC 2025 Compartment Result: The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) has declared the result for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC)/Class 10 Compartment examinations today, June 16, 2025. Students who appeared for the examination can check and download their result on the official website, The HSLC compartment examinations were conducted from May 23 to May 29, 2025, to help students who failed the main HSLC exams save their academic year. Assam HSLC 2025 Compartment Result: How To Download Result? Visit the official website, Click on either "Result Link 1" or "Result Link 2". Enter your roll number and mobile number. Click on "Submit" button. Your results will be displayed on the screen. Download and save your result for future reference. The HSLC compartment examinations were conducted in two shifts-first shift from 9 AM to 12 PM and the second shift from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. A student will need to achieve a minimum of 30 per cent marks to clear the HSLC compartment examinations. The overall pass percentage was recorded at 63.89 per cent for the HSLC main examinations. Boys outperformed girls with a pass percentage of 67.59 per cent while girls achieved a pass percentage of 61.09 per cent.

The first shift began from 9 am to 12 noon, while the second shift from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Students were also given 15 minutes extra time in both shifts to read the question papers. That is, from 8.45 am to 9 am in the morning shift and 1.15 pm to 1.30 pm in the afternoon shift Students who failed in maximum of three subjects in the regular HSLC examination, and obtained a minimum of 170 marks in aggregate could appear for the HSLC Compartmental Exam 2025. The board conducted the HSLC compartment exam from May 23 to May 29, 2025. The exam started with MIL/English and Sanskrit papers and concluded with Advanced Mathematics, Geography, History, Computer Science, Commerce and Hindi papers. The examination was held in two shifts. The first shift began from 9 am to 12 noon, while the second shift from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Students were given 15 minutes extra time from 8.45 am to 9 am in the morning shift and 1.15 pm to 1.30 pm in the afternoon shift to read the question papers. The Compartment examination served as another opportunity for students who failed in maximum of three subjects in the regular HSLC examination and obtained a minimum of 170 marks in aggregate. A candidate has to secure a minimum of 30 per cent marks in the subjects appeared and his/her total marks must be 180 or above. Meanwhile, the SEBA had declared regular HSLC result on April 11. The overall pass percentage stood at 63.98 per cent.
