Justin Timberlake Announces Lyme Disease Diagnosis

Yara Sameh Justin Timberlake has revealed that he has been diagnosed with Lyme disease. The singer opened up in a pair of Instagram Stories about his disease and the struggles he's faced while on his 'Forget Tomorrow World Tour". Fans recently noticed that Timberlake appeared sluggish and low-energy during the performances on the international leg of the trek, which he suggested was due to the nerve damage and fatigue he experienced from Lyme disease. 'I've been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme Disease–which I don't say so you feel bad for me – but to shed some light on what I've been up against behind the scenes,' he wrote. 'If you've experienced this disease or know someone who has- then you're aware: Living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically.' The singer described his mindset when he first got diagnosed with Lyme disease, explaining that he contemplated stopping the tour but ultimately decided to continue for the love of performance. 'When I first got the diagnosis I was shocked for sure,' Timberlake continued. 'But, at least I could understand why I would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness. I was faced with a personal decision. Stop touring? Or, keep going and figure it out. I decided the joy that performing brings me far outweighs the fleeting stress my body was feeling. I'm so glad I kept going." 'Not only did I prove my mental tenacity to myself but, I now have so many special moments with all of you that I will never forget. I was reluctant to talk about this because I was always raised to keep something like this to yourself. But I am trying to be more transparent about my struggles so that they aren't misinterpreted. Sharing all of this with the hope that we can all find a way to be more connected. I'd like to do my part to help others experiencing this disease too.' Timberlake wrapped his 'Forget Tomorrow World Tour' in Istanbul on July 30, more than a year after he set off the trek in Vancouver last April. Throughout the tour, he made his way through the United States before heading to Europe, Mexico and South America. He returned overseas to conclude the tour, which was staged in the wake of his sixth studio album 'Everything I Thought It Was.' read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results

The United Nations and the Climate Summit: A Global Call for Action

walid mohamed The United Nations continues to play a central role in addressing climate change through its annual Climate Change Conferences, known as COP (Conference of the Parties). These summits bring together world leaders, scientists, activists, and organizations to develop global strategies for combating the climate crisis. At the heart of each conference is the call for urgent and collective action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, protect vulnerable ecosystems, and support developing nations in their green transition. The recent COP30, held in Belém, Brazil, emphasized the importance of climate justice, nature-based solutions, and sustainable development, especially in critical regions like the Amazon.
