'I'm a shopping writer and Abercrombie's Wimbledon-ready set is my payday pick'

If you're in the mood to treat yourself now that payday has finally arrived, this Wimbledon-ready Abercrombie & Fitch buy is what I'd recommend adding to your basket this month Payday has finally arrived after what seems like an eternity, and if you're anything like me, you've mentally spent half your wage already. However, this year I'm committed to shopping more mindfully and avoiding the over-purchase of items I'll only wear or use once. So, I'm restricting myself to just one treat (perhaps two) per month. Part of my role involves browsing through new-in sections, so I have a good idea of what's available this month. One co-ord, in particular, caught my eye for June's payday treat. And it's come just in time for the start of Wimbledon. The matching set in question is Abercrombie's strawberry print waistcoat and skort. The set is comprised of the Linen-Blend High-Neck Vest, priced at £60, and the Tailored Linen-Blend Mini Skort, priced at £52. Whether you're sitting courtside at Wimbledon, heading to a picnic in the park or strolling around cobbled streets on holiday, this linen blend set is ideal for warmer weather. Linen has a natural breathability, as well as moisture-wicking properties, making it the perfect fabric choice for the summertime. I've had a few other new-ins on my radar including Huda Beauty's new Lip Contour Stain, £22, Hannah Cooper Dommett x Warehouse's Premium Hand Embellished Scoop Neck Mini Dress, £129, and Abbott Lyon's Ocean Cluster Pendant Necklace, £59. However, it was Abercrombie's heatwave-perfect matching set that came out on top of my wishlist this month. The skort features built-in shorts, which makes is perfect for those who struggle with chafing thighs especially in the hot weather. Skorts are often very relaxed and informal looking, however, thanks to the shorts on this mini being hidden, the skirt looks far more refined and polished than others on the market. On top of this, the waistcoat features a tie detail at the back so you can cinch it in as much or little as you like, and help create a figure-flattering silhouette. My favourite part, however, is the adordable micro strawberry print that fits perfectly into the 'strawberries and cream' theme around Wimbledon. And don't worry, if the print isn't really your style, you can also shop the set in an on-trend black and white polka dot print or plain white linen. Happy payday shopping!

Plans for second Worcester pump track to be discussed

Plans for a second pump cycling track in Worcester are due to be discussed by councillors this popularity of the first one, in Battenhall Park, prompted the city council to draw up plans for a second, larger tracks are made up of hills and banked turns and are designed to be ridden by cyclists who generate momentum by using up and down movements, instead of pedaling or new facility at Perdiswell would feature two separate tracks, one for experienced users and another for children under the age of eight. Councillors are due to look at the plans at a meeting on 23 June, with a report which notes a shortage of play facilities in the north of the cityHannah Cooper, vice chair of the Place and Economic Development Committee, said: "The popularity of the smaller pump track in Battenhall Park shows what a popular sport this is, and that there is strong demand for another track in the city."The new track would cost £150,000, if approved. EXCLUSIVE Joel Dommett's wife Hannah Cooper admits she was left shocked by husband's 'intimate jokes about her body' as she reveals what it is really like being married to a comedian

He's one of the biggest comedians in the country and has also paved a career as a successful TV presenter, hosting The Masked Singer as well as the National Television Awards. And while being married to Joel Dommett may mean there is never a dull moment without a laugh, it also means that when it comes to their private life making its way into set material, nothing is off limits. After sliding into Joel's DMs following his 2016 appearance on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, the star and Hannah Cooper went on their first date just days later and immediately hit it off. The couple tied the knot three years later in a romantic beach ceremony in Mykonos and in September 2023 they welcomed their son Wilde. And now Hannah has confessed that nothing surprises her with her husband as she admitted there are no boundaries when it comes to their private life crossing into his comedy. Speaking exclusively to MailOnline ahead of the release of her new jewellery collection with Posh Totty Designs, Hannah admitted she was shocked when she sat in the audience of one of Joel's shows and listened to jokes about her breastfeeding and giving birth. She explained: 'I had a lot more time before Wilde to go to a lot more work in progress gigs. So I almost like vetted the material, whereas obviously now that's not so much the case. 'So actually he ended up going on tour, and it wasn't until possibly the 10th tour date that I had a chance to go to one that was pretty local. 'And then I was sitting there going like, 'Oh, okay, right cool. We're talking about me breastfeeding, me giving birth me, like quite intimate areas of my body'. 'And he's like, 'Oh, you know. But it's fine' and I'm like, 'Yeah, but you could have checked with me.' And he's like, 'Well, I can't change it now. It's the show.'' She joked: 'But I guess that does come with sort of marrying a comedian. 'I guess the price that you pay is that no stone is unturned. And same with the podcast it's all out there anyway, so it's hard to be surprised now.' Speaking about how her husband's career has rocketed since meeting Hannah she teased: 'Yeah I say to Joel, "Is it a coincidence that when you met me it all changed. Is that a coincidence, or is it just a weird thing?"' Hannah, who began her career as a model after being signed aged 16, has now brought out her first jewellery collection with Posh Totty Designs. She joked: 'And then I was sitting there going like, 'Oh, okay, right cool. We're talking about me breastfeeding, me giving birth me, like quite intimate areas of my body'' She joked: 'But I guess that does come with sort of marrying a comedian. I guess the price that you pay is that no stone is unturned... it's hard to be surprised now' The collection is inspired by Hannah's journey into motherhood and her love of all things vintage, boho, and 'cowboy core'. Named Wilde after the couple's son, Hannah said: 'It's a really lovely thing and it really means a lot as well that it's called the Wilde collection and I can show him one day all this merch that's branded with his name,' she joked: 'Even though he won't care.' Branching out on her own project without her husband by her side she admitted: 'Obviously in the beginning you're just "Joel Dommett's girlfriend" and then "Joel Dommet's wife" and now it's that transition. 'The podcast [Never Have I Ever] has allowed sort of people to get to know us as a couple and our dynamic and that's really lovely. 'And I'm so grateful that in turn it's allowed people to get to know me. And then opportunities like Posh Totty come along and it's like been really lovely from modeling and that sort of thing to now being able to have more of an input and a voice and choose the brands that I want to work with. 'It's been a really nice year so far, and I'm really excited for the collection to come out and be proud of it and it's mine.' Hannah also admitted Joel is her biggest supported as she added: 'Joel's like my biggest cheerleader as well. 'I'm sort of the one going, "Oh my God, you're so busy with work." And then I work loads, and he's like, "Yeah, you go for it." 'It's really sweet and I mean now I'm at the point where Joel's on telly so much that I'm like "Oh, it's you again! I also have you in real life, and I don't have a remote for that".' Meanwhile Posh Totty Designed Founder and Creative Director Alice Rivers-Cripps also spoke about working with Hannah as she gushed: 'From the moment I met Hannah (pregnant with little Wilde at the time!) at a party, we clicked. 'Together, we've created a collection full of charm, meaning, and a little Wild West flair — lucky horseshoes, buckle-inspired designs and symbolic charms. 'At the heart of it all is our guiding star — a little reminder to follow your own path, passion, and that spark of magic that's uniquely yours.' The full collection will be available from May 16 at Posh Totty Designs' boutique stores in London and Brighton, online, and at select pop-up locations.
