Clydebank pervert Johnathon Hanvidge admits further crimes
Johnathon Hanvidge was previously convicted of possession of indecent images and taking or permitting them to be made between February and May 2023.
When sentenced, he was put under a "sexual harm prevention order" (SHPO). That had strict conditions including submitting to police and social work checks, limits on technology use and other rules.
But just days after that SHPO was imposed, he broke it.
Appearing from custody at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on July 8, the 33-year-old pleaded guilty to breaking the court order and to having another indecent video of child abuse.
The court order was imposed on November 5, 2024.

He was not allowed to use social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp or others except to make permitted pre-arranged calls to family in England.
But between November 7 and 29, at his home in Overtoun Court, Clydebank, he used Facebook and Messenger without permission.
And between December 6 and 16, he had a second phone without telling police.
Police discovered Hanvidge had been messaging friends in breach of the SHPO, and he replied: "I didn't know."
On a subsequent police visit, he handed over the other phone. It was found to have a single moving image of abuse at the most serious category A.
Sheriff Robert Carr deferred sentence until August 12 for reports. He was remanded in custody.
