Shamal has awarded the main works contract worth over US $272mn for its Dubai Harbour Residences project to Khansaheb Civil Engineering. The developer, Dubai Harbour Residences, describes the project as offering low-rise beachfront living with designed homes, sea and skyline views, and a lifestyle that offers comfort, connection, and modern elegance.
Foundation works have already been completed, and the beachfront has been formed, ensuring that Dubai Harbour Residences will have direct and easy access to a beachfront lifestyle. The next development phase with Khansaheb will commence immediately, with collaboration with the project's development partner, H&H, and internationally renowned architect Nikken Sekkei, said a statement.
