A 25-year-old Kansas man has died following an apparent accidental drowning at Tettegouche State Park on the Fourth of July.
Deputies received a report just before 1 p.m. Friday of a man who was struggling to swim and had been under water for about 10 minutes on Baptism River near Illgen Falls, a 40-foot waterfall at the state park on Minnesota's North Shore.

A rescue team located and recovered the body of Hari Kiran Gowd Senagana, of Overland Park, Kan., from approximately 32 feet of water, according to the Lake County Sheriff's Office.
The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office has issued a preliminary determination that he died by accidental drowning.
